To me, Circuit City and Best Buy are kinda yin and yang. Best Buy seems to have a much better selection of DVDs, CDs, and the like, but Circuit City is the place to go for the big-ticket items, like that brand new 57" widescreen TV (the best $1800 I ever spent three years ago!)
For one, they have a low-price guarantee, which is good. And for two, they simply seem set up to focus on the hardware, whereas Best Buy tends to give more floor space to the media.
This store seems particularly smallish, but they still manage a good selection of big-screen TVs. The Circuit City in San Mateo has a similar selection, but the Daly City location often seems to have a slightly better selection of audio equipment (reciever/amplifiers, CD players, etc).
Parking can get crazy around the holidays, but is adequate most other times.
PROS: Low-price guarantee on electronics
CONS: Smallish media selection
