I took my laptop to this business and they were very helpful and explained all of my options to complete the repair. When I picked it up after they had fixed it they had done all the updates that I hadn't even expected to have done. Very friendly and knowledgable.

These are good honest people. I took my Toshiba laptop in for repair out of warranty. They went above and beyond to repair my laptop at a very reasonable price. Best Buy was 3 times higher for back up and labor costs. This company is under new ownership. They are woman owned and know how to treat customers. They also have certified technicians working for them that are very competent. I recommend them very highly!

This was the only place I could find in San Diego that was authorized to do warranty work on Toshiba computers. Talking to them for a bit, I found out that Toshiba has some lengthy parts ordering service, so if it takes a couple weeks to get something fixed it's not CTRs fault. I haven't tested their general PC services, but this company has been around for at least 15 years.

I took my laptop computer into this company 2/14. They didn't seem to know what was wrong with it, but put a refurbished hard drive in it and did not return it to me for FIFTEEN DAYS. Those were days I missed work due to not having a computer.
The NEXT DAY after I received my computer back, I realized it had the SAME problem as before. I called them, telling them about the issue and asking why it happened again. The guy on the other end of the phone seemed to be very unsure about computers.
They had me bring my computer in and then installed a new system board. They were also going to put in ANOTHER hard drive. They realized the system board worked fine.
I have now had it back for 3 days and it STILL has the same problem. This company does not seem to A.) know what they're talking about, and B.) care.
I would not recommend them.

They are a company with a variety of computer services (for home and business), from PC's, Laptop's, printers to networks. They offer complete and reliable service.
