We only dine at Chez TJ on special occasions but have never been disappointed.
The setting is romantic, the staff attentive and the food is good.
It is pricey but get dressed up and enjoy an night of good food and wine!

This is the one place my husband and I go for a really romantic dinner. The food is always outstanding, but can be a bit adventurous for some. Portions can appear small, but always seem to be just the right amount. Be assured you will never leave Chez TJ hungry. This is one of a handful of places I have ever been in which conversation will cease as people savor every bite. The ambience is elegant and relaxing...perfect for lingering over a quiet meal. The waitstaff are attentive without hovering, and very knowledgeable. Even though we only go there 3 or 4 times a year, we are always greeted by name. A nice touch!

If you are looking for a dining experience, Chez TJ is for you. However, note that these 5 course meals are very small (its literally a taste of food as each of the courses). Its a great place for a special date or anniversary. This is not your normal "french" food.

PROS: cute victorian house and location
CONS: expensive for what you get
