Don't even think about coming here. Guy who sold me my car was such a crook. I had already agreed to a new 2008 Honda Accord EX, and they offered to sell me the anti-theft alarm for an additional $450. At first I was hesitant and knew it would be around $300 if I got it installed outside. The dealer told me that the remote control would be seperate if I got it from somewhere else, so i decided that for $150 more, I could get the remote attached to the key. Turns out the EX and the LX-P comes with built in alarm. They charged me an extra $450 for something that I already paid for! I just got a lot of pent up tension and need to rant about this place.

WARNING: NEVER GO HERE!!!! This place is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. They lie, cheat and fail to hold up their end of the deal. We called to make sure the car we wanted was in stock, they said yes. We went there, it was not. We brought in quoted price and they tried to say that the quoted price was higher. They told us to LIE on the credit check form. The salesman, KEVIN, knew we were upset so straight up asked us just to lie and give him a good review when customer serivce follow up with us about the sale. The next day they were supposed to call us when the car was ready. We had to call because they hadn't called us and was put on hold for 15 min until we hung up and called back. Turns out car was "ready" but they never called us. When we got their our Salesman never talked to us but had some other woman do it for him. We were about to leave when we asked about the alarm we purchased and the woman said "what alarm?" They forgot to install it and were going to let us leave without it. We were told to wait 40 min and it would be installed. An hour and a half later, it was finally installed. They smoked right by the door, blowing the smoke in people's face as they walked it. They yelled acrossed the sales full to one another, swearing and laughing. The Saleman talked on his cell phone around the show room for twenty min as he was in the middle of selling us a car. The place is dirty. Stains on the chair and flithy floors. They had MTV blasting and the staff paid my attention to the TV than to the customers. The night that we bought it the Salesman called at 10:40pm...way too late to be calling a customer. WORST CUSTOMER

I have bought my car from these folks few years back and also I always go to them for any major servicing for my car.

So far my experience is really good! They send reminders for servicing. Offer rental car if maintenance going to take more than few hours. Also open on Saturdays to get the servicing done.

Los Gatos Honda may not be the biggest Honda dealer in the Bay Area but we received very good service when we bought our new Pilot. They beat the price offered by Capitol Honda and the service was 100% better. There was no hard sell or negotiation. A very good buying experience.

I brought my Civic Hybrid in for service at Los Gatos Honda and had a great experience. Anna called me several times during the day to update me on the status of my car. They offered to have their cashier stay later if I needed so that I could pick up my car at my convenience. Everyone there was friendly, prompt, and attentive.

You can book your appointment online, which is very convenient and they also seem to always have some good coupons & discounts available.
