They ruined my clothes, and then charged me for it. This is the rudest shop owner I have ever encountered.

If you live or work nearby and need some dry-cleaning done, this place is perfectly adequate. Granted, I only need dry cleaning once or twice a year, but these folks seem just fine. Prices are a little high, but, then, it IS in the Hollywood.

I am not fond of having dry cleaning in my life, but this place has made it really easy. They have middle of the road prices, onsite alterations, decent turn around time, and they are open 7 days a week. The staff are mellow and kind.

This place is horrible. Do not go! First they lost a strap to a dress of mine. They gave me back the dress but without the strap which means I can't wear it. Recently I picked up an expensive silk blouse from the cleaners and it was completely discolored and ruined. It looked like bleach stains on it. When I brought it back the next day they not only refused to take responsibility they accused me ruining the shirt. They made a crazy story about how I "spill sugar on shirt and it show up when they cleaned it". The guy kept yelling at me that I must have somehow I spilled sugar on my shirt. I tried to speak to the owner and they refused to admit anything, saying they believe their employees over me. It was an outrageous experience. The shirt is destroyed and worse I got yelled at and accused of ruining my own shirt after they did. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!! THEY DON"T DESERVE TO STAY IN BUSINESS WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS LISTED HERE.

Pros: NONE

Cons: They ruin your clothes and tell you did it!

The owner of this store is the single rudest, and most incompetent person I have ever encountered. He ruined my clothes and charged me for it. The LAPD even showed up to talk some sense into the shop owner. I'm going to switch to Lido's Dry Cleaners on Franklin and Wilcox.

Pros: none

Cons: I paid them to ruin my clothes

I used to always appreciate how clean my clothes would turn out here. I haven't lived in the area for many years but I was in the neighborhood and had a special dress that I wanted a good job done on, so I took it there. A cream colored wool Diane Von Furstenberg dress that I had worn to a wedding. When I went to pick it up it had huge brown and purple stains all over it. There were no visible stains on the dress when I dropped it off. Immediately I took the dress out of the plastic and pointed out the stains. The nice young girl told me that it might have been a reaction to something I SPILLED on the dress. They offered to clean it again. Ok, fine. I went back a week later to pick up the dress and it the wool was literally FRIED. FRIED from chemicals trying the get the stains out. COMPLETELY RUINED. This time I dealt with an older woman who refused to not only give me my money for the dress ($500), which I offered a receipt for but also refused to give me my dry cleaning money back. She said my only option was to send the dress off to a dry cleaning "investigator" who was "very fair" and would determine whether the stains were the cause of me or the dry cleaners chemicals. Hmmm. Oh, and if the judgement came back in the dry cleaners favor I would have to pay $60 dollars for the investigation. Oh, and it would take 3 months. I must have been crazy to agree to this because I after I didn't hear from them for 3 months i went back to retrieve the dress and they had NO IDEA what I was talking about. I demanded to speak to the owner. This Korean AHOLE starts yelling at me that I picked up the dress, and that I am a liar. He said he had never heard of sending the dress off for inspection and there was never any "older" ladies working for him. I told him we were going to small claims court and he told me to get out of his face.

Pros: used to be good quality dry cleaning, fair pricing

Cons: disorganized, rude, inconsiderate

These guys have to be the worst cleaners in Los Angeles. I took a pair of pants in to be drycleaned and have made five trips in order to retrieve them. The pants were pressed against the pleat, and when I returned to ask them to please press them the correct way, they told me that was the style. Next, I go in and there is a woman in front of me who forgot something in her car and went out to get it. In the meantime, the girl behind the counter will not look at me. I finally asked if she could help me while the other woman was out getting her item, and she said no. Today I went back to get the pleated pants and they're not ready. The man asks me what color they were even though I have the ticket in my hand. Complete incompetence and they could care less about you or your clothes. The customer is always right is a dead maxim at this store. They're always nada.

Pros: Close to my house

Cons: 5 trips for one pair of pants negates the proximity
