IHOP Restaurant

This restaurant makes good food with excellent taste with outstanding service people. They have different kind of varieties of food with different flavors. They also, have catering and other special services. They listen for our options and suggestions and give a menu which fits our taste and need. You may also order over the phone so that it will be ready by the time you get there.

it was nice to see a smiling face when you walk in the door .and it didnt take long for the server to come but they need to work on solving conflicts out of sight from customers that wasnt a good thing you have to do that in back that to me just make the whole thing not so good but the food was fine

This resturant is what I would consider averages as far as customer service and food preparation. The only thing that struck me as special is that they offer a discount to Los Medanos College Students. LMC, is located approximately 3 blocks from the resturant. I felt it could have been cleaner and servers could stand to offer better service. By that I mean checking back with the customer after the food is delivered, coffee refills, etc... It looked as though they may have been short on staff. My experience there was ok.

CONS: It is just an average resturant, nothing special
