my mom gave me a gift certificate here for christmas one year so that i could get some running shoes. they had great customer service and helped me find shoes that fit my running goals. they also made me run in the store so they could help me find a shoe to fit my run and foot. they are very helpful and help people get invloved in running groups in the area

If you are willing to pay a little extra for a high quality brand of running or cross training shoe this is the place to go. The sales associates here are really world class and will take as much time as you need to find the best shoe and fit for your feet. They are quite knowledgable and your shoe will last longer than one you get at Big 5 where it is difficult to even get help. I highly recommend this place for shoes.

This is a great shop to get your running shoes. They have excellent service and a wide variety of shoes. When you see a pair you like they bring it out for you, and then they tell you to go run aorund outside in them! How great is that? That way you are able to get a better feel before you purchase your kicks. They are always welcoming, every jogger should stop in.

Newbies and running vets alike, Snail's Pace is THE place in Orange County to grab some new shoes, apparel, or accessories for running, jogging, and walking.

Simply put, the employees "know their stuff" and they are more than happy to help you. They greet you as you enter with a sincere attitude, asking if they can help you out. Usually folks are looking for a new pair of shoes, and aren't too sure which model is right for them. This is waht sets Snails Pace apart from "Big 5" or "Foot Locker"...employees are trained and experienced in analyzing running and walking gait to help customers choose the shoe that is right for them.

Employees will watch you walk barefoot and ask you about your past habits and future goals. They will then bring out several pairs for you to try out, continuing to watch your gait. They will even let you jog outside in the shoes for a more realistic feel. You never feel pressured into a more expensive show inappropriate for your use or to "hurry up" and pick s
