Pat and his team are amazingly responsive and customer-oriented. I called late on a Wednesday night hoping to find someone for a party for the upcoming Sunday. I was able to speak with someone right away and they sent Murphy to our party, who was terrific. The 30 kids at the party (between 2 - 8 years old) all loved him, as did the parents. He was funny, engaging, and very professional and made the most amazing balloon creations. We had a cowboy themed party, so many of the kids ended up with balloon holsters with hysterical laser guns that had super balls bouncing around inside them!
The end-to-end process with Balloon Creations is awesome - they sent a letter confirmation, followed up with a phone call, and they were prompt, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great birthday party. To top it off, we received a "thank you" postcard from Pat after the party -- what great service! We will definitely use them again for all kinds of future events.
