Today was my Australian shepherd mix Molly's second acupuncture treatment and third visit to Dr. Dailey. I was greeted with a kind hello from the woman at the front desk when I walked in the door. I was also treated with respect and friendliness by the other staffers. Dr. Daily was friendly, efficient, kind to my animal, and professional. I am a licensed acupuncturist so when she named the points she used on Molly I knew she knew her acupuncture. What's more she knows Chinese herbs better than I do! And by using the diet, herbal poultice, and oral herbs she recommended during the past two months my dog's cancerous tumor on her front leg has softened and reduced in size. I charge $60 per visit. She charges $35 for the acupuncture and $35 for a recheck visit. I can't believe someone below complained about her pricing. It's very reasonable! Molly suffered horrific pain and gruesome burns from radiation treatment last Oct. from a conventional DVM. Dr. Dailey is a blessing to Molly and us.

I just don't get these last two reviews. I have been taking my furkids to Animal Wellness since 2002 and have been very pleased with the service and care my furkids have received. I just cannot believe the staff would have been "rude" let alone to someone who just lost their beloved furkid to death. I had to put my kitty down last year and Dr. D was compasionate and took time to let me come to the final decision and talked me through it.
It is always good to hear both sides of a story before you make any decisions. I would recommend this Vet to anyone.

Overall this is not a good place to bring your pets. I have heard many horror stories on top of personal bad experiences. It is the only alternative veterinary medicine around and so I think they take advantage of that fact.

The receptionist was rude. I was in the room for at least 45 mins before anyone remembered I was there. My pet ended up dying within 12 hours (i do not blame them for that) But when I called to let them know(cuz I thought they would care), the lady who answered the phone was RUDE and didn't seem to care that my pet had died. She hung up the phone BEFORE I was done talking. My friend used to work there and just told me horrible things about that place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE!!!! I only gave this place one star because I had no choice. It wouldn't let me leave it blank.

Chris Dailey is a wonderful vet. She's a great diagnostician--she really likes dogs and pays attention to their manner and behavior unlike anyone else I've seen. She brings an array of treatment options to my dogs' problems. Acupuncture has been especially effective for my dogs' pain management.
Other reviewers think the clinic is expensive. I often think about what such care would cost for me from my doctor. It's a bargain.

Dr. Raymond, Dr. Daley & their staff get five stars from me because, in addition to being competent & caring, they saved my dog's life. My mid-life, male dauchshund hurt his back five years ago; the severity of the problem was such that we could (1) try $6,000 surgery of questionable effectiveness, (2) put him to sleep, or (3) try chiropractic & acupuncture along with steroids. We went for #3 and his full recovery was nothing short of miraculous; five years later he is an active older dog with no recurring problems. Yes, they are expensive but Dr. Raymond's incorporation of alternative treatments cost far less, was not traumatic & most likely far more effective than surgery!

This place is definitely a Davis-esque Vet Center in my opinion. Instead of sticking to traditional techniques, they emply a variety of odd methods such as acupuncture for pet healthiness. Due to these techniques they are on the pricey side and I can't afford to go back, not worth the extra cash. Friendly, just not cheap enough to justify it for my pet.

I really enjoy taking my pet's to Dr Raymond. He is extremely informative and really takes the time to answer your questions and concerns about your pets. The reason I them 4 out of 5 is because they are on the expensive side when compared to other vets.
