Firestone Tire & Auto Ctr

Over the past 10 years I have been using my local Firestone (South San Francisco, CA) to do oil/filter changes and basic maintanence. Last month I brought my '06 Honda in for a brake inspection. Their quote was for over $700! They informed me that the rotors needed replacement and both front and rear pads needed to be replaced. They probably didn't know that I used to do my own brakes in the past and know what parts needed to be replaced and what didn't. The car is only 2 years old! The rotors had no marks or wear and were well within the thickness requirements. I ended up doing the brakes myself with the help of my neighbor who has access to a lift. The front brake pads definitely needed replacement, but the rear brake pads had approx 40-50% pads left. FIRESTONE IS A JOKE! They also recommended a radiator flush...funny thing is I did one recently??!! The prior reviewers were basing their experience with the old management (Manager: Max), but this new management are a bunch of crooks. I have already reported them to Firestone's Consumer Complaint department. I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE AT THAT FIRESTONE. I HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AT FIRESTONE AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!

Firestone Tire & Service has always had a reputation of reliability. I totally agree. The technicians are always helpful and for a woman that is always a plus. They just know what my van needs when I come here for service.

My whole family goes to Firestone to get their tires new and repairs. Their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. they won't insist you get a brand new tire if it's not needed.

firestone has a great staff. they have good costumure service. they have great tires , engine and more. so you should go and get your car fixed over their.

This is another place to get great tires. Service is excellent and service is usually fast. They usually have your tires in stock and if not can get it in 24 hours. THey will also rotate your tires and if you buy your tires here they guarantee it.

Firestone tires is a great place to go to when you need tires for your vehicle. The service is prompt as well as very friendly. I love them they do such a great job.

I had my tires replaced here and got the insurance for the tires. After a months for some reason my tire was getting low. I drove my car in there and they replaced it just like that. I dont think I was in there more then an hour.

Me and my husband really like to go to firestone prices are reasonable and the customer service at the san bruno center is great they will call you and make sure everything worked out.
