Very bad service in DSW, Pasadena. Once I was trying to return shoes, the manager(!) gave me half-price with the receipt of full price(!), just because they were on sale already at that day!.And I couldn't prove that with the receipt he must return the full price!!!

I agree with the person who said the service at the Pasadena DSW is bad. I asked the manager here if he could find out which store would have the boots I liked in my size and if he was able to give a print out of stores or call some of the others in my area that might have my size. He said I could do it online at home. Ridiculous since I am a customer and I was there and not home and the first thing a good manager would have said is no problem. He acted as if he was doing me the hugest favor by having a girl there call ONE place. The store was not at all busy when I asked him. She also seemed very resentful at having to do this. Maybe she wanted to go hang out with her buds, the three employees I saw just walking around and telling eachother jokes.

I love good shoes, I love good prices, and I also love at least SOME service. If you go here you better know what you want and what you're doing because the staff knows nothing.....and does nothing except take your money. Also - check boxes - things get switched around in there quite often.

PROS: Some good deals on shoes still in style
CONS: Lousy Lazy Service

If you love shoes, as I do, go to this store. It's huge and you'll wander around in a state of awe for a little while before being able to focus - but it's worth it. They have a great selection of discount designer shoes, and these discounts are HUGE. They have pretty much every type of shoe imaginable, and you'll have a lot of fun going through the aisles and trying things on.

Huge selection of discounted shoes. Many name brand shoes available ranging from Bruno Magli to Nine West. They carry everything from sandals to sneakers to boots. Get a $25 Reward Certificate for every $250 you spend if you sign up for the "Reward your Style" membership.

DSW has a wide variety of shoes, but not always in the right size and color. I went there the other day looking for a specific kind of shoe for walking/travelling and I wasn't able to find what I was looking for. I'm sure if I were a shoe hound, I'd love it. Their prices are really reasonable, they just didnt have the specific shoe I wanted. Parking at Paseo Colorado is always a nightmare. Try to park on the street or walk there if you can! It's so much easier!

This is the mecca of shoe shopping. Row after row of women's shoes with a separate store (with a TV) make it the perfect destination for a quick browse or intense shopping. The store is self-service so trying to get someone to help you is next to impossible, but their is never a wait and no presure to buy the purple ones because they are out of black.

I've never actually been to this location but I have been to several other DSW stores and have always liked them. They have every shoe you could ever imagine and the prices are great. It's even better when they have sales! The people have always beenvery friendly and the way the stores are set up it is really easy to find what you are looking for.

If you love shoes, this is the place to come. Fabulous shoes at really bargain prices. The store is large yet the shoes are laid out in such a way that it is easy to find your size. So many name brands, the latest trends and styles, and you don't have to pay big bucks for a pair of evening shoes.

hello shoes!! this store has every kind of shoe you want - from sneakers to strappy sandels for your new black dress to seriously horrid shoes that surely no one actually buys. they have a small section of purses and socks but stick to the shoes. check out their clearance rank in the back of the store. that is best deal and often provides the most comedy on bizare shoes.

Great selection of quality, name brand shoes for a low, low price and sales and incentive programs too. I purchased a pair of Diesal sneakers for $25 and they still retail for $75 at Macy's today. I've purchased athletic shoes, boots and casual shoes. I belong to their program where you buy $250 worth of shoes and then get a discount. May sound like alot, but it's worth it.

The DSW Shoe Warehouse has some really good deals on a wide selection of shoes, including boots, dressy, casual, sandals, sports, etc. Ive been impressed with their selection, as they usually have up-to-date shoes that youd pay full price for elsewhere. Stores like this often dont have a good selection of sizes, but I havent found that to be a huge problem at DSW. If you are looking for something specific but dont want to pay a fortune, Id suggest DSW.

Ahhhh... shoe heaven! I love this place. It is overwhelmingly large. They have the largest selection of shoes that I have ever seen in one store - athletic shoes, boots, heels, sandals, flip flops, loafers, etc. They range from cheap shoes to designer shoes, but they are all at a great price. I think twice a year they have this shoe clearance where all the items that are ALREADY on sale are taken an extra 50% off. It's insane. I got Charles David heels for about $20!! They do have some really tacky stuff, too, though. They also have mens' shoes.

I get excited every time I think about shoes and I have money in my wallet because of stores like these. I can't stand cheaply made shoes but the good designer ones can cost wayyy too much money. I'm not the kind of person though, that will buy a pair of shoes that are only good for one season. That's the beauty of this store. They can sell you these designer shoes for less because they're "out of season." SO WHAT!?! A pair of BCBG boots normally 200$ for $75 is a steal and anyone who can't see the value in that is blind as far as I'm concerned.

This store is really disappointing - very pedestrian, run of the mill selection that you can buy anywhere - and it is hardly "designer" none of the designers I wear, like prada, costume national, stephanie kelian, manolo blahnik, gucci, etc are here - this store is a joke

What can I say? The store had a good selection, and great prices! I got a pair of $120 Kenneth Coles for $60, and $20 for Kenneth Cole leather belts! What can you say? Definately know where my pay checks are gonna be going :) The 2 large flat screens and comfy couches didn't hurt either...hehe
