The sales manager and salesman were great to work with. The overall service was great. The only feedback and constructive criticism I can offer is that we had to bring the car back for alignment and tire balancing. I would think that for a car to be Toyota certified... these things should have already been taken care of. That being said your dealership provided a diligent and swift resolution. Regards...

Make sure you keep Harry there... no matter what. He not only won over my trust... he took care of my car as if it was his own. He takes care of things on my car that needs taking care of and I don`t worry at all about being sold service that I don`t need.

I think is very important if your sales person be very honest and knowledgeable. I had another better offer from a different place, but Mr. Gouran who is the sales person in Miller Toyota was very professional on his field. I really like everything there, from now on if anybody wants a car I will highly recommend him to them. He is the BEST.

I really liked the flexibility of the sales team. They allowed me to get a great feel for the car during the test drive instead of just letting me drive around a block. I also felt as though they worked hard to earn my business.

Without a doubt, my salesperson. Tracey is a great salesperson, and all around great person. He spent a good deal of time with us, over multiple visits, and was always patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Lying about price Discounts overthe phone is just a sales tactic proudly adopted by the sales staff at miller Toyota. I know this first hand as a former trainee of the culvr city location. The tactic is to get you to come in to the showroom hen not let you leave until a sale is final. They'll string you along until you simply give up.

I used to take my car in to Miller Toyota for services but stopped going. Every time I went, they suggested me to have a minor service or intermediate service. Even though I had one, they still recommend to do another one 3 months later.

I went to Mike Miller Toyota one time for a part and the service parts sales person was extraordinarily helpful. I stopped by their show room to check it out at the time, and the sales person was also friendly. If I were to buy a Toyota, I think I will make this my first choice of Toyota dealer.

I bought an 05 Sienna. They told me the lowest rate possible, 3.9% with no fees and a free upgrade to aluminum wheels. During signing, she switched papers on me and locked me at 6.75% for six years and over $500 in fees.

I don't trust this service department as far as I can throw them.I have had repeat problems with idiotic things from the fuel system to the tires. First off, they find all kinds of ways to bill around their "free" service pack.They have quite a racket - tell the customer that the first 5 times they experience a problem IT WAS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT problem than the SIXTH time - once the warranty has expired - to the tune of a thousand dollars. If I can get them to replace the tire that just blew and get out from under this I will never go back. (They had to replace 2 of the 6 month old tires a few months ago after my husband went ballistic. They "patched" a faulty tire before I took a 300 mile trip with the kids & the tire went flat en route late at night on the 5 freeway.)

And this in the bulletproof Camry.

I was in the market for a new Prius. I called 10 dealers in the area and got price quotes from all. I decided that after talking with Homi about 6 times over the phone, and getting a price quote, to come down and buy from this dealership. Now, I had called 6 times, and was quoted a price of $300 below MSRP. Most dealres in the area were very close in price, and some were even offering $500 off MSRP (it was the end of the year). After driving 30 minutes to the dealer, test driving the car and sitting down to buy the car at the agreed upon price, which Homi confirmed with me at his desk, he went to go talk to his manager, William. William came in and said they couldn't do the price and wouldn't take anything off the MSRP. I told him the deal that Homi and I had agreed upon and the 6 phone calls, and that I was quoted the price right before driving down to the dealership, and William didn't care. Made no attempt to deal with me and said that he would not budge. When I complained that they bait and switched me and was extreemly unhappy, they offered me 2 free oil changes. Keep in mind I live nowhere near the dealer. Homi then said that he could take $50 off. All of which I refused and let them know about their unscrupulous business practices. Homi even had the nerve to call me when I left the lot and say that someone else was looking at the vehicle and that if I wanted it, I better hurry back. I told him that he already lied to me before and that there was no way I would believe him again. I then drove to Toyota of Hollywood and bought the same car, for a cheaper price than they had lied to me about. Hollywood Toyota took $500 off the MSRP immediately.
Miller Toyota will lie to you to get your business. They have no regard for trust or their customer. They will lie to you to get you into the dealer.

This was not a good car shopping experience. First, you get bombarded when you first walk over. Literally two salesmen faught over who was next to speak with customers. Then, they keep pushing the "how much do you want to spend" and not so much "what kind of car do you want to drive"? Then, when you ask to look at their financing deals, the math just doesn't add up. When you call the salesman on it, he plays dumb, says he has no idea how finance works, and says he'll send over the manager. When we finally got around to test driving a car, we ended up not in the car that we were interested in but instead in the car THEY thought we should buy. Avoid this place if you can.

The best of the best are Mr. Fernandez, Mr. Barahona for the men and Patty Barrahona for the women. They are efficient, honest, call back when they say they will and don't waste my time. My cars are always ready when they say they will be and the service and repairs are done perfectly.

It was my 1st time there and was NOT happy with the service. They quoted me 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait for a MINOR maintance, which I was already a bit bummed about such a long wait but then again what can you do right? So I said Ok hoping that it will be ready earlier and headed to their DMV like waiting room where I waited 3 1/2 hours!!! That is after I hassled them a couple of times asking about where my car was . The worst part is after I paid, the lady there asked me if I could fill out their survey telling me that anything but Excellent is a failure. I planed on NOT giving them the excellent review but when I got home I noticed that the lady ripped out the survey form! I saw her ripping some part of the page off but I didn't think it was the actual survey form! She must have filled it out as Excellent herself and mailed it out! Isn't that illegal??? I do not recommend this place...I only went there because it was close to my new place but I guess I'm going to have to look for somewhere else now :(

That's right, the VIN number on all my paperwork was NOT the VIN number on the car I was given the keys to drive off in. A mistake they did not realize until months later when the car was not in inventory. Then they reported that car, which I had been driving, stolen to the police. So I had to haul myself down to the dealership and re-sign all my corrected contract and registration forms. And then get all new accounts with my lean holder and insurance companies. It is now December and they still have not fixed the registration with the DMV. In fact, I received a renewal from the DMV for the VIN! I'm still calling them on a weekly basis to get an update on the registration status. When I was last at the dealership, on a Friday, they were nice enough to offer to wash my car for me...if I came back on Tuesday. But maybe I should have taken them up on that free wash. Who knows what car I would've gotten back!

Besides over selling services, they overpromise when the car is done and so you end up sitting around this irritating waiting room.

Last, they're very expensive. For non warranty work (i.e., regular service) you should go to a neighborhood mechanic.

Last, they're very expensive. For non warranty work (i.e., regular service) you should go to a neighborhood mechanic.

For the 20,000 mile check up recommended by Scion, they charged me $160 plus recommended doing two "flush" services and I don't know what -- ended up with close to $400 bill, even with the discount ticket I got from them in Direct Mail. They actually wanted to change my brakes as well but there's nothing wrong with my brakes. I declined - it would've been another 3-500 bucks.

Also from the time I paid everything at the cashier (after they told me the car was ready) to me getting the car while waiting at their cheap and unfriendly "Vip" lobby was close to an hour. I mean I had to go back to people 3 times to say "where is my car?" The car was also still dirty and smelt like oil for two more days of driving. Sales experience was decent -- but, man, stay away from their service department. My other car, which is a mini, had 15,000 mile check up a couple months ago at Southbay BMW -- their service was 100 times better and it cost me nothing -- even with more necessary changes. Never again. Beware.
