I like the pandan waffles here. You could never resist the smell of the waffles when you pass by this bakery store. The smell is just so good that you end up buying more than you want. I usually don't go to Grand Century that much anymore because it's just so congested with people...

this place is well known for their green waffles..which are really good by the way. it's 1.25 per waffle..make sure you tell them to give you a fresh one or else they'll give you one that's been laying outside for awhile. i never really try anything else but the vietnamese jello cake (which is also really good) it's about 3.75 for a small one. they also sell cakes and small snacks.

The Waffles are very good but if you go on the weekends there is a line. The pastries overall are good. Lots of variety and a good amount of them are worth trying. Only down side is the parking on the weekends. Cheap prices for cakes with very nice decorations also. Yes I do recommend this bakery.

Pros: cheap prices and good food

Cons: parking and language barrier

The waffles are excellent; once you catch scent of them, your mouth will water. There are a few businesses that make these waffles, but this bakery in particular is the best in the area...and SoCal. The cakes are pretty good, light, flavorful, not too sweet, and best of all, very well priced. The downside might be communication with the staff, most are ESL, unless you speak Vietnamese, Spanish, or Chinese, you might have some difficulty. The flan is good as well.
