Roscoe's House Of Chicken

I'll agree that the service is slow here. But from what I can tell, it's always slow. Who in their right mind would ever reason that chicken and waffles would make the most delicious pairing since bread and butter? Certainly not me, but once you dig into one of their specials, your dining world, and by extension the world around you, will never be the same again. After the meal, they even give little wipes (which I find very considerate and much needed).

The restaurant had nice portions. The price is reasonable. The service was slow, but I believe that is because it is a popular restaurant. The food is delicious. It combines breakfast with dinner.

This place is heaven from the time you start eating your fried chicken and waffles. After the meal though, you have your resulting heart attack. So good it's worth it.

Oh yeah, remember to "keep your elbows off mama's table."
