Westside Lock & Key was recommended by Home Depot where we bought our home front door lock. From the time the locksmith arrived until he left he did nothing but complain about the poor quality of all of the locks sold by Home Depot and how we should have bought one from him. He went so far as to say that he would not have responded to our call had he known that the lock was purchased in advance. For his effort he charged $50 transportation cost plus $95 for about ten minutes of his time. Believe me, this is one small owner/businessman I will never use again. While he got the very simple replacement job done (i.e. no drilling or first time measurements were required), he proved that he totally lacked in customer relations.

The real irony is that Home Depot recommended a serviceman that bad mouthed all of their home security lock products. This was truly a case of biting the hand that feds you.

PROS: None
CONS: An Argumentive Personality With an Attitude that Wouldn't Quite
