I try not to go here. The people behind the counter are seldom engaged. The most I usually get is "your total is ..." We have other pet stores in the area that are so customer service oriented , why go here?

The West Hollywood store is hit or miss- mostly miss Service is spotty but an unfriendly attitude abounds.
To sum it up Lazy and Rude. But if you will put up with that and a dimly lit depressing environment with employees including the General Manager who are doing you a favor for shopping there you are in the right place. In all fairness one employee was pleasant and helpful but said he doesn't usually work at the West Hollywood store

The Collar & Leash in Silverlake has everything you need for your pets. They have a great selection of food, toys, pet remedies, and collar's and leashes :)
They also hold low cost pet clinic's on some Saturdays, throughout the year.

Me and my dog(princess) love this place, I always take her along with me, when I go to get her, a new toy, or try a new kind of food as she grows, they love her, and they always compliment how cute and well mannered she is, the prices are excellent and they are open 7 days a week! you should try them out.
