So I went to Seniore's to night after being told that the place was the 8th wonder of the world by a co-worker. I was super-excited and my anticipation level was through the proverbial roof. I've had only a few great experiences with pizza in my lifetime: Gianni's in Monterey, Armand's in D.C., Pier 23 in New York. This was not one of them.
The pizza was almost ready when I arrived at the place, in San Francisco's Sunset District. The man at the counter was cordial enough. I got my pizza and went.
I opened the box in the car and wasn't too thrilled with the smell. It almost had none, if you can believe it. I dove into the pizza to find the crust was burnt; the cheese was, as well. I like my cheese to be, well cheesy; Seniore's has no clue how to make a good pie. Worse than Dominoes; more horrible than Pizza Hut. I wouldn't recommend this pizza to my worst enemy, or even to George Bush. NASTY!
This place is open really late, so it is really good when you are up late at night. They are relatively fast but parking can be sometimes hard to find. The garlic chicken pizza is excellent as well as the pesto pizza. The garlic bread is reallly good if you are looking for a cheap late night snack.

It might not look world-class, but the goodness that is Seniores Pizza is worth walking 5,000 miles to get that goodness inside of you. There are several options available , and it is inexpensive for such a high quality (~$2 a slice). The pizza is thick-crusted, crispy on the bottom and warm and soft on the inside. Delivery is free, but only delivers in the Sunset and Richmond area.
