Anderson Behel Body Shop

My car was damaged in a parking lot nearby and I was referred to Anderson Behel by my insurance company. When I arrived they had all of my paperwork, called the insurance company, and went over the entire process of getting my car repaired in a lot of detail.

After this experience with Anderson Behel I would recommend them and come here if I was paying for the work (i.e. not my insurance company paying for it).

in a word, painless! Mariah was great. Kept me updated all the way.

My car got dented on the left side of the door, I brought my car in Anderson and their price was reasonable. If I ever get another dent I will be coming back.

When my vehicle was completed, they called me so I can go pick it up. What was really convenient was, I was able to leave the rental vehicle @ the shop. The office staff are so professional and friendly. My vehicle looked great, I was very happy with the completed repairs. Its looks like I had never been in an accident.

Their location is not very convenient for me but I wouldn't dare take my car anywhere else for body work. I wish every business was run like this! They even work directly with my auto insurance "Farmers"!

The work done was awesome as well. I had a bumper replaced on my Honda Accord as well as some other parts and to this day, I have had no issues with the parts or paint job. All of the lines where the bumper meets my frame and the other parts of the car are proper distance and correctly aligned. I bring this up because I had bad experience elsewhere. From now on, I will tell my insurance that I would prefer to only go here.

I've had to get my car repaired twice and each time they spend a lot of time explaining what they will do, they accomplish it on time and as promised. Each time the car looks great.

Recently one of my cars was hit. Decided to look around at a couple places and see who I was going to EARN my business. After pulling into the lot and seeing all the clean car ports, I was impressed. First impressions thing.......

Next, as I was in the office and going over what I wanted done with Marriah , Lisa called for an estimater.

He walks into the office and says' " I already did a walk around and started the estimate. Second empression.

So I tell him I am going to shop around and I will make a desision by the end of the day and I will have the insurance agent contact him.

He asks who. I give hima first name only and he replies. Is her last name .............? I have been working with her for years. We know each other well. Third impression.

I figures why waste any time.

I asked them to start the work and was given a 5 day estimate.

I got my car in 4.

I hope I don't need then again, but if I do.

A hit-and-run incident left me with a damaged rear quarter panel. Asked around for a good shop and a friend pointed me to Anderson-Behel. Apparently, the Porsche dealer likes to use them.

Body and paint work was first rate. I was a satisfied customer.

It sounds like a couple people have had a hit or miss with Anderson. I haven't had much reason to go to a repair shop in the past so I can't comment on their prices, but their customer service and quality of work is great.

From day one, I received calls updating me on the progress and what the next step was in order to get my car repaired. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, both on the phone and in person. The original estimated completion time was about three weeks. Actual completion time was a little over a week. Staff gave me a complete rundown on what work was completed and explained all the costs. They also urged me to look over the car to make sure everything was in order and gave me some car care instructions to make sure the new paint job wouldn't peel or wash out.

I haven't driven the repaired car too much yet, but so far everything looks great. Will update if anything feels wrong about the car in the next few months. Another nice thing about Anderson is that they have a lifetime guarantee on repairs - if something goes wrong with something they've fixed, they'll fix it.

I got my car serviced here awhile back since I got rear-ended. I am quite pleased with their professorial service and attention to detail that they provided for me and my car. I was going on vacation the following week and they have kept me updated on my voice-mail throughout the week. Even though I was rear-ended they also gave my car some detailing making it look 5 years newer!

I had an accident and needed to pick a body shop for my repairs. I went to Anderson Behel just to check them out and was pretty impressed the selection of vehicles I seen in line to be picked up. After talking to the estiamtor I scheduled in for my repairs. My estimate came out to be around $5000 plus !! I was confident that we where gonna get everything on this estiamte due to the accident. I was update as per my request and was even sent emails with pictures of the progress... Great customer service. My vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks. I picked up my vehicle at the end and was very happy to see my vehicle looking like new. Wow ! I give this body shop 2 thumbs up. Thanks Guys

My vehicle was in a major car accident. Anderson Behel Body Shop made the whole experience very easy. I have AAA and they are a direct repair shop. The whole office is well organized and the customer service is excellent. When my vehicle was completed I was very happy with the workmanship. With Anderson Behel my pain job is warranty as long as I own the vehicle. These days you see so many paint jobs that are fading or pealing... i know i am covered. This was my first car accident ever and I was unsure on how to go about getting my car fixed. My insurance company recomended me to you so I made my first phone call to Anderson Behel and was fortunate to talk to Marriah. She not only answered all of my questions with patience, but she reassured me that none of my questions were silly. Marriah also helped get my rental car ordered and delivered and picked up to the shop for my convenience. I also appreciated that you guys handled the insurance claim and all I had to do was pay my deductable. I was so impressed at how fast, professional, and painless my claim was handled that I've told my family and friends about your shop and will definitely refer then to you if the need ever arises. "Okay, I haven't had a car for six years. Plus I am inheriting my mom's car. Plus I live in a Fourplex with squeezed parking in a carport. So, I might be a woman driver but, when the side of the car "kissed" the yellow parking barrier pole I thought I was going to die. I called the Saturn Dealer and told them my "sob" story (again this car is emotional for me) they told me to contact Anderson-Behel. So I made an appoint to have an estimate done. I know I sound corny but, I knew that the yellow paint and any dent was going to be big money and screw up my insurance so I was willing to pay for it out of pocket.
I arrived at the shop on time, a little high strung and the first thing. I was asked how I was doing? Would I like some coffee or tea? There was fresh donuts and a smile on everyone face. I didn't get handed a clipboard and told to wait my turn, I was actually GREETED. The technician came out a few minutes later and examined the yellow paint smeared on the passenger side. He said if I really wanted it repainted I could but, he had a better idea. He went and got the paint thiner and took the yellow stain off before my eyes. ( i did own a couple of cars and talk about having an epiphany i remembered "i can do this" ) He was kind and he didn't talk down to me. He reassured me that the car is made to withstand some beating with dent proof materials. Not that I am going to be doing any more "kissing" with stationary objects, but I know where I am going to go incase I trade in the car for an uglier color car and I need to repaint it..uh fire engine red. Anderson Behel is worth the time and money, if only because of great customer service and they care about your car as much as you do."
