I'm sure it is dependent on the drive you get, but I have had some bad experiences with Yellow Cab including a driver not taking the direct route we told him to take and then becoming aggressive with us. Also last year when I needed to catch a 6 AM flight at the airport, the taxi simply never showed up. When I finally called the company to see what was up she said that the taxi reported having picked us up - and then she laughed saying he probably didn't want to drive all the way out there so he just weaseled his way out of it. Needless to say, I won't use this company unless I have to.

Sometimes they are on time and sometimes they aren't. Sometimes the cab is clean and sometimes it isn't. Sometimes I feel as if I am being cheated, but who really knows with the high prices of cabs nowadays. Sometimes the driver cannot speak english well and sometimes they have a thick accent which can make criical communication more difficult.

They never pick me up late and I always arrive to my destination on time, what more cold you ask for from a cab company? It's good service with a smile!
