I really enjoyed my experience at the store. The staff had excellent knowledge regarding ordering, measuring, etc. I actually ordered a Casablanca dress but was not happy with the straps, so we changed the look of the straps and the outcome was excellent. The dress couldn't have looked any better. So I got my customized gown without paying the "customized" prices. The dress looked elegant and classy without going overboard. I looked fabulous on my wedding day. The ladies did an excellent job and I was completely satisfied with the outcome and my experience.

I bought my dress here and I am so happy with the store and the dress! They were so helpful from the beginning of choosing the dress to the fittings to teaching my bridesmaid how to bustle it and lace up the back. Very sweet ladies that work there and a great selection of beautiful dresses for someone on a budget.

I had a great experience visiting this wonderful salon. My consultant Vicky was very patient, professional and helpful, she asked me about the style I'm looking for and picked several beautiful gowns. They have a large selection of gowns and styles. The prices are reasonable and affordable, they also keep a variety of gowns on 50% discount . You should set up an appointment, so they'll be able to give you a full attention. I felt like a princess in this big place trying their dresses. I could try on any dress I thought would fit me and there was no pressure about the decision. The manager was also very nice, she told me about their special sale they had. I would recommend this shop as a must-visit place for any bride.

I went to Bridal Image this past weekend. I described what I wanted and had several pictures of different styles I had in mind. The person that helped me spoke limited english so we had a very hard time communicating and I'm not sure she understood what I was asking for. I was directed to look through their racks, which I appreciated, but there were only four racks to speak of. I'm not sure where they might be keeping their hundreds and hundreds of styles, but apparently they didn't want to show them to me. There was a dress in the window that I was interested in (and appeared to be my size) but they wouldn't let me try it on citing that I was out of time. They were happy to book an appointment for me on another date though. Obviously, I am not inclined to subject myself to a second visit.

What I can really say about this place is that they are really nice and they have excellent service. Al though I did not purchase my gown from there, I highly recommend this place. THey work with you and tell you what really looks good on you. Their prices are very good compared to some other places.

This bridal shop is huge. Deffinately one of the biggest bridal shops I have been in to shop for a wedding dress. I had literally hundreds to choose from. It was nice that they had these dresses in the store instead of picking it out of a magazine. Although, they probably had that too.

THis is by far one of the biggest bridal shop in the bay area. Bridal Image has a huge selection of styles of wedding gowns to choose from. They carry designer gowns as well as local made gowns and gowns for your entire entourage. Prices vary and customer service is wonderful.

The place is sort of dreary, but the service was great and they have a large selection. I also appreciated the fact that, unlike some other shops, the samples were in good shape.

I went shopping with my cousin to help her find the perfect wedding dress. Bridal Image was the perfect place to visit. It is right across the street from the flower mart and Fantastico, which is a favor warehouse. So its easy to get many things done at one. the salesladies in the store were the sweetest people. they helped us find the exact dress and were even willing to get sample dresses for us at no extra cost. we ended up buying all the accessories and flower girl dresses too. They have a great selection and the prices are pretty reasonable for a botique (a very large one). Very highly recommended.

Bridal Image has so many gowns to choose from, you have to be able to find something here. This place is much nicer than those huge warehouse bridal stores. I received the nicest customer service. I was happy to see the employees care and a store this size there is no need to worry about it closing down and keeping your money.

This is one of the best bridal shops in the bay area. It has a huge selection of bridal gowns at affordable prices. hey have to big floors all filled with gowns, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, shoes, and accessories. My salesperson, Elizabeth, was so sweet and friendly. She helped me to find exaclty what I was liikong for. A perfet place to buy your gown. They make everything stress free!

Don't know what the previous reviewer was refering to, unless she was talking about the other Bridal Image in Vallejo (that ones too far and didn't sound interesting so we didn't even check it out). This one is the largest bridal store in San Francisco and probably the Bay Area - has 2 large floors. We found my daughter's dream gown downstairs in the couture section where there is quite a wide selection there. Very friendly and helpful sales consultants, who remembered our names from our first trip! They weren't pushy and weren't afraid to tell us what looked good and what didn't. Would definitely recommend to every bride in the city to check them out.

PROS: Good selection, excellent sales staff, convenient location.
CONS: parking can be tricky during rush hour

My sister bought her bridal gown from this store. The people were always so friendly and tried to make the process extremely easy for my sister. They would offer her suggestions about what to do. My sister had no problems with this bridal store and I would highly recommend this store to anyone without ANY type of regret!!!!!

My daughter and I were there last week and she found her dream gown! The place is nothing like what the others described - very cosy, nice decor, comfortable and modern feel and atmosphere. We were told the place has been under new management since last year so that might be the reason. Our consultant, Elizabeth was incredibly polite, sweet and helpful. She knows her stuff and is sincere about what looks good and what doesn't. The prices were reasonable compared to other places we'd been to and we never felt any pressure during the entire time we were there, which is more than we can say for the other places! I'm telling my niece to check it out next month when she begins her search and I've no doubt she'll thank me for it. We highly recommend this place for a good bargain, excellent selection, and unbeatable service.

I bought my bridal gown from Bridal Image. The sales people were the best ever. They were so friendly and they helped me pick out the styles that I wanted. They even brought me sample dresses that were not in stock from the designer beacsue i was hesitant to buy something without trying it on. They remembered me when I came back and always asked how I was doing (esp my hurt ankle), family etc.. Their prices are reasonable and their accessories are beautiful. They treated me like a princess. This store deserves the best ratings. You won't be disappointed in their service or collection. Its absolutely top notch!!

Very down to earth shop; no pretensiousness there. Good value. The ladies were extremely nice.

Tip: make sure you have an appointment; the staff tries to give you personalized service. Things can get pretty busy, so you may come out of the fitting room and have a few moments to preen while the salesperson comes to you.

Absolutely no pressure here. I was dreading the visit to my first bridal shop and I was pleasantly surprised. The ladies made me feel at ease and were so kind and honest about what would look good on me. Would definately recommend!
