Auto Pride Car Wash

I've been using Auto Pride Car Wash on Woodside Rd. in Redwood City for 6+ years and have never had a problem. Except in one case, my car was always as clean as I expected it to be after an inside & outside cleaning. The one instant where the worker did a less than acceptable job, I called over the owner (who is almost always onsite) and he immediately had workers go over the car again.

Went there to get my car washed and it was damaged. There's 2 small holes and a slash on the console next to the driver seat. I filled out a report and I have left several messages for the owner to return my call. The last time I called I was asked for my name then put on hold for 5 minutes before the clerk came back to tell me he isn't in the office. Doesn't sound good!!!

PROS: My car was simi clean when it was done.
CONS: Don't trust them with your car!!!!!!

this car wash broke my windshield, then the owner told me he had a 5000 deductible and for me to take him to court. the owner was rude and pretty much a jerk. I would never go to this car wash or the one in redwood city, for he owns that one too. how could anyone give this 5 stars!!!

Auto Pride may not be the cheapest car wash in the area but they do the best job which totally justifies the extra few bucks. Took my SUV in loaded with dirt and dog hair and got it back sparkling clean in and out and smelling wonderful.

They also have a wonderful gift shop. Many unique gift items that you wouldn't find else where. Definitely worth the trip alone.

Not all car washes in the area will wax your car in a covered atmosphere. The waxers do a great job of detaileing and not leaving wax residue behind. They are always friendly and courteous.
