Serramonte Pet Shop

We come here mainly to buy feeder mice for our ball python. This store is alot smaller than your average pet shop. But they have the cutest dogs/cats in the back where you can go and look at them. I don't like the idea that they are caged in small kennels until they are bought. Other than that this is a wonderful place. Customer service is excellent

WE GOT A PUPPY FROM HERE THEY WERE SO SWEET ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO FRIENDLY THEY GAVE SO MUCH INFORMATION ON OUR DOG THEY EVEN CALLED TO CHECK UP ON HER.

this is a general pet store, with no real specialty. they sell various supplies for fish, reptiles, birds and mammals, however they are all very overpriced. i guess because of the location they are in. they do sell livestock in the store: reptiles, dogs, the occasional rabbit, birds and fish. the fish department is lacking in variety and knowledge. i would recommend finding your supplies and livestock somewhere else.

The first pet shop I ever been to at a mall is located at Serramonte Shopping Center. The pet shop carries a variety of pets from reptiles to fishes and dogs. The staff is great and very helpful during the busy hours of the store.

they have awesome pets, and all kinds. they are one of the few pet stores that have dogs and puppies in the peninsula that i have noticed. the only problem is the pets there are really expensive. they also have pet supplies and lots of pet toys. it is really hard to walk in and not want to take a pet home. they have a great selection of puppies and i always have a good time when i go in.

This is such a great pet shop. I always stop by this store whenever I go shopping at the Serramonte Mall because they carry the cutiest puppies. I was almost tempted to buy a little brown terrier that the saleslady had so obligingly allowed me to hold and pet outside it's cage. If I weren't living in an apartment that didn't allow pets at that time, I probably would have bought that baby. The place is just so enticing.

Great location for this pet shop. It's located in the mall and right by the entrance too! Although they don't have that much of a selection because of the wide range of pets, carry most of your basic pet needs. I used to live in Daly City and always shopped at Serramonte, so this pet shop was very convenient for me.

I had only went to Serramonte Pet Shop once and I feel it is once of the best pet stores in the bay area. It has nearly every pet on the house such as puppies, reptiles, fish, hamsters, and much more. The workers are very respectful, nice, and very easy to talk with. You could see puppies right when you enter the shop. I would definitely visit the shop again.

I just love to drop by the Serramonte Pet Shop whenever I'm shopping at the Serramonte Mall. They usually have little puppies in their back room where you can see them through a glass wall. They also have other live animals there like snakes, birds, and rabbits. The staff are also very friendly and accomodating.
