Elements Salon

I went in there to buy shampoo and was so offended by the service I will never go back. I asked for a suggestion on a hair product and the girl said "what" and then told me I should go to target instead. I was ready to shop there - not now. Do not go!

I found my favorite brush at this store. It's a Mason Pearson brush. I called all over San Jose and Elements carried them and at the right price too. It was $93, which was only $10 more than the discount internet price I found and about $50 cheaper than at planet beauty. It was sure hard to find this brush in SJ, they didn't even have them at Nordstroms. The customer service was great and the sales associate highly recommended the brush and was able to explain the differences in the different styles.

PROS: Great selection of brushes. Good price
CONS: None!
