Spoiled, A Day Spa really did spoil me. I went there with some friends and the whole day we just pampered and got massages and just relaxed. It was so relaxing and peaceful there.

They pamper us women so well. They make it easy, since they even have spa parties and gift certificates so we can take our friends! ( I love their pink & white interior, too!)
They do everything here, from facials to massages to mani/pedis to waxing and even body wraps.
The staff here is very helpful, so if you are not used to this kind of thing, they will take you gently by the hand and assist you-without being snobby.

So you don't get the jacuzzi and sauna that you'll get at burke, but this place is a really nice little joint. I had an amazing massage and also had my eyebrows done there. Staff is top notch and it's a comforting place.

You feel spoiled even without the extras

This isn't a day spa where you change into a robe and sit in the steamer before your massage. However, the work is quality and the rates are fair. I always get pedicures that last from Jenik. I don't get waxed anywhere else. I've only had a massage from here once, and I felt amazing after it. I highly recommend this place if you don't need all the extras.

Words just can't describe how good these guys are. I first found Spoiled about 2 years ago when I got a gift certificate from my husband for Christmas. I've since had numerous massage treatments with several different masseurs and they are all out of this world. The ownership obviously has very high standards for their staff.
I HIGHLY recommend you try it for yourself!

This is a great place!
by KatyeCo
I had came from another so called day spa called Treats For THe Face and was extremely disappointed. The people were very rude and I got this horrible vibe. It was messy and I changed my mind about being a walk in client. When I came to Spoiled, I really did feel spoiled!! My service was wonderful and quick and this place is also small....but CLEAN!!! That's so important to me. Will come again!
Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: ..

Bad business practices; nickel and dime their customers
by hermitcrab
I've been going here every year for my birthday for the body facial-a full body scrub and one hour massage. I always get the same exact thing. This year, after getting scrubbed down and cleaned off, I settled in for one hour of pure bliss. The massage therapist started rubbing me and asked me, "How's the pressure?" I told her I'd like more pressure, so she applied more. I was getting ready to walk out (my boyfriend had purchased me a gift certificate and tipped them) when I was told that I owed extra because I had had a DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE! First of all, yeah right, that was not a deep tissue massage. Second of all, the massage therapist simpy asked me how the pressure was. It's standard for any massage therapist to ask you how the pressure is. She did not mention any extra charges or anything. I thought that was pretty sheisty. Does "How's the pressure?" automatically translate into "If you don't like it, you'll pay extra." Also, they need to learn what a deep tissue massage really is. It is painful. This woman just rubbed lotion on my back

Spoiled a Day Spa has major problems
by busybusybusy
Was a regular customer for approximately six months and saw a continuing drop off in customer service and a turn over in staff. The owner could care less about her clientele. Polite inquiries about staff missing appointments and a front desk that never seemed to know what was going on, were completely ignored. Have no clue why they're still in business, as the exact same services can be had for similar, or better prices right near by.
Pros: location
Cons: staff turn over and indifferent managment

a neighborhood gem!
by cePLUSminus
i am fairly new to the neighborhood and out of conveninece (and great reviews) called spoiled to try to arrange a last minute hour and a half long massage session.
my luck! i got in within the hour practically. thank heavens because the massage was just what the doctor ordered. the staff were friendly. the white room was pretty and comfortable. i plan on returning as much as possible. man or woman, we ALL need to be spoiled a bit in our lives!
Pros: convenient location, quality and priced right!
Cons: [unable to process this request]

Best Facial I Have EVER Had
by scotchduck
Heather is the girl! Incredible facial, she has the magical touch. I've had a lot of facials at many different places, and Heather is IT! I've been going to her for years & still get excited when I have an appointment.
She's also a killer eybrow shaper - love her!
Pros: everything!
Cons: nothing!

I Never Go Anywhere Else Anymore
by Iknowgoodstuff
Love means never having to say your boyfriend gives great massages. He just doesn't. There's nothing I can do to make him have those "kinds of hands." He's good in other ways so we're secure. But because of this, I have to get my back knots and twangs out other ways. I've been going to Spoiled every since it's first year. I love Spoiled. I love Devorah for manicures, I love John for pedicures, I love Jenik for waxing -- she makes getting a full Monty as painful as plucking an eyebrow. But the thing I love most is the massages. I love the masseuse experience at Spoiled. I've been going for quite awhile and have seen pretty much everyone. Right now, my favorites are Christina and Natalie. The former is newer and she also does these amazing facials that use a machine that make your skin look like 10 years younger. I forget what it's called. But while that machine is on, she also does massage and I'm not kidding, I become so relaxed it's as if I'm on a beach in the South Pacific and I'm just lulled into a dreamlike state. It's nirvana. Now Natalie is my girl. I think this woman has natural healing abilities or something. She's a caretaker. Warm, relaxing, and also rejuvenating. Her massages get to the heart of the problem, whatever the problem du jour is. She knows what she's doing and I trust her and feel at ease. Always in fact. With everyone. Devorah's like a second mom to me at this point. I don't know. The whole thing is a win-win. I don't need a Steam Room (ew - germs). I don't need no weird messed up wraps that do really nothing but get seaweed in my cleavage. I need real services that work. I need warm people who care about what they're doing. I need a place that operates well and treats me like a goddess. To me, that is Spoiled. I never go anywhere else. I don't see the point. Once you're treated right, why bother?
Pros: massages, music, facials
Cons: I have no complaints

SMALL AND DINGY

if you have a home that is small and dingly, welcome to spoiled. the service was horrible, staff was unavailable to answer questions and the receptionist was busy on the phone with a personal call.
Pros: DINGY
Cons: POOR SERVICE

Home away from home
by jenslp2
I've been coming to Spoiled for years. It's not as fancy or full service as say, Burke Williams, but the personal care and quality of the treatments make it worth it. Pamela is an excellent wax and facial person. I had a pregnancy massage there as well, and it was heavenly. A great getaway to get "Spoiled" for a hour or so.

facialist
by closetreviewer
I just have to add one thing, they have a new facialist, Christina, and it's amazing. She is well-versed in the art of massage and this is an A-Number 1 experience that is very low-priced for the value. I don't think I've ever been that relaxed in my life.
Pros: personal attention, care, professional staff, relaxing ambience

Warm, Friendly, Relaxing
by mindaneo
Spoiled is located on a quaint street with lots of unique shops. You walk into a pink and white, welcoming space. The staff are attentive and warm. There is a cozy waiting area where you can get your nails down or read a magazine. Then, you're led down a dimly lit, quiet hallway to your treatment room. And the treatmetns are spectacular! I'm not one to splurge on manicures or massages, but when I do, I promise myself to go back sooner rather than later.

Thrills at a no frills Spa
by christie2000
I've gotten a manicure, pedicure, waxing, and massage here and have been happy with every service. If you are interested in the high end amenities like robes, a gym, and saunas, then you may not like this place. However, the quality of services remain high-end. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

I will never come to this spa again. The best part of my day over there was my lunch from Aroma. Otherwise everything was awful.

Gilfriend Approved
by lahopper
I have not experienced the treatments personally, but I bought a gift certificate for my girlfriend and she was MORE than satisfied. She raved and raved about her SPOILED treatment.
I was also impressed with the staff when I went in to purchase my certificate. They could tell that I was clueless, but they didn't get snobby...they just helped me out and made some suggestions.
Bravo from start to finish.
