Park Chow's Restaurant

Park Chow's is usually crowded and the parking is difficult. But the food is good. It offers a relax environment, upstairs is the best place to sit as it is not too noisy. Just about everything here is delicious. The Smiling Noodles is the best dish when is cold and foggy outside. I have been here for breakfast time and dinner time and the service and food are always excellent.

This restaurant looks very small but opens up in the back. Plenty of sitting area so there were no lines. Located super close to golden gate park. The Thai Noodles are flavorful and recommended.

Park Chow's is usually pretty crowded and the parking is difficult to find unless you park on Lincoln Ave. But the food is definitely worth the wait! Park Chow's offers homestyle comfort meals as well as Asian fusion. Just about everything here is delicious. The noodle dishes are great and have a lot of flavor. The pizza also is good. The short ribs are super tender and fall off the bone.

Overall, come here early and you will be extremely satisfied. They don't take reservations.

San Francisco, as we all know, is a very expensive city. Thank goodness for Park Chow. Park Chow has reasonably priced food, and the portions are filling. Their waitstaff is EXCELLENT (super friendly), and the atmosphere is cozy. The desserts and drinks are also very good (a must have is the ginger cake with pumpkin ice cream). Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but it's worth it for this great comfort food.

PROS: comfort food, great prices, great waitstaff, wonderful drinks & food
CONS: parking is sometimes difficult in this area & the wait is sometimes long

Park Chow is conveniantly located on 9th ave and has a great little atmosphere, whether it be inside by the fireplace, or upstairs on the deck with the heat lamps, the place is cozy!!

The food is good, reasonably large portions and good home style cooking!

The wait staff are quick and helpfull.

The pork chops are great as are the pizza and the chicken pasta.

Reasonably priced with all year round pumpkin ice cream!!
