This place is known for really funky and nice hair cuts, but as I tried to reschedule my hair color appointment, the assistant told me that she can't do it since I have left her in this "POSITION". I had an appointment for a hair color as a hair model. After showing up on a Thursday evening, I was told that it's going to cost $75 instead of $20 or $30. I agreed to that, but as an important job interview came up, I had to reschedule my appointment. As I politely apologized, and asked for another appointment, she denied. she also broke the news to me that she was going to have me stay there for 5 hours instead of 2-3 usual hours. I had been considerate before, as she had colored my hair another time. The color was great, but my scalp burned and itched for over 2 weeks. I figured that's the price I pay for being a hair model. But, this bad customer service was the last straw for me.I advised her that she will not do well in her new career if she is going to continue to be so inflexible, and unforgiving. I am afraid I am going to pull myself from the nice haircuts that they give to me and my fiance, as REGULAR CUSTOMERS, and find ourselves another competitive studio to go to. This bad customer service, is just not worth it.I am tempted to call in and give her name to the manager, because I am truly angry, but I think I will pass for now.
