Horrible...Horrible espeically the manager at the Carlsbad Mall Julie Quinn she should be fired from her job. She loves to harass people espeically her employees. She has no skills in management she has no idea what she is doing. Shame on you Julie...if corporate doesn't do anything about your bad management behavior I can guaratee you...YOU will be slapped with court papers for harrassment...especially with minors. Some advice get some more training and check yourself.

I shopped tonight with my daughter for jeans and such in Birmingham, AL (Galleria location). We received no customer service and when I told the associate at the register this she verbally attacked myself in front of my daughter and her boyfriend/friend that was in the store at the same time did the same thing and said my daughter didn't care and I was making a big deal over nothing. I work in management in retail and this is terrible.
I will be informing Corporate and will not shop there again. It is unfortunate since my daughter loves the clothes. However, their competitors will appreciate the business and I am sure provide better customer service and be friendly....things we never encountered at this store. The correct rating instead of 1 would actually be a -3 but that is not an option so I choose 1 star.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD! i just tried to order a hat and i had to write 2 e-mails and call 3 different places, and had my call transfered several times! and i was just trying to buy a hat, and after all of that they sold out of them! EVEN AFTER I ORDERED IT! and the best they said they could do was free shipping on another order, like i want to shop there more!

My husband and I went to your Dawsonville Store, in Georgia to return some jeans that were too small/damaged. The manager at the store didn't want to refund our money, we had receipt for the items he said since the jeans were damaged he would not give us our money back, we told him that is how we purchased them and he said he didn't care he was not giving us our $10 back. I read the customer service information card at the register and it said nothing about returning something that was damaged, well it was funny how they didnt hestitate to sell it to us. We have 2 teenage kids that love to shop in this store, but you can bet we will NEVER go into this store again. Thank you,Melissa Williams

I worked here for a brief time during one of my summers of college. It is such a neat place to observe the designing of their own brand and they buying process of other brands. They have great benefits for their employees, a gym, cafeteria, car wash service. I would work for this company again everyone is friendly for the most part, yet there is a high turnover for buyers.
