There is a need to explain the poor reviews previously posted. In the first year of business, the wholisti center offered a huge promotion. Customers were offered a package of sample services and holistic consultations for over 80% off the retail value. Mentioned in the previous reviews were various complaints on specific issues. One felt that their session was not long enough. A half hour sample, which they paid under $19 for, is really nothing to complain about. They were given the option to add another half hour for $39. Total that would be $58 for an hour, which is quite below industry standard. You can't complain about what you don't pay for. Afterwards, the client receives consultation on holistic lifestyle practices to aid their wellness program. The center aims to support clients in taking many approaches towards their health. We all know there is no one treatment, herb, or class that is a quick fix. If clients felt like they were trying to be sold, then it's clear that they just weren't interested in learning about holistic living and that they didn't notice the consultations offered in the package they purchased. About the chinese medicinal herbs. The line is an innovative cleansing and nourishing program designed by an acupuncture physician. His understanding of herbal medicine as well as classical chinese medicine far exceeds most practitioners and other chinese herbal formulas. There are numerous testimonies and years of clinical practice that can vouch for the credibility of the line. The consultation is limited to terms that the average person can understand about how the herbs work. Simply put and straight forward. The center's regular clientele is very supportive of the new center and values all of the expertise and passion for healing it has to offer. It is a place for those interested in truly getting better and not for those just trying to get a deal or display condescending behavior about how much more they know.

Pros: Foolproof system providing healing results

OK....I thought would take advantage of this great promotion they were offering...Now, I know where the saying something too good to be true came from. I was promised 3 thirty minute massages and 2 weeks of unlimited yoga. I signed up for my first 30 minute massage and was asked if I wanted to upgrade it to a full treatment for extra $$$$'s since the 30 minute massage they were offering would really not be adequate. I didn't take the bait and felt like I was settling on an inadequate service being provided. After the "treatment" which was at best was OK. I was offered some tea which I thought was a nice touch only then to find myself being educated on their products which BTW are not FDA approved and lack any substantial backing by a girl ( the managing partner) who has no formal education on the herbs. When I showed no interest she tried the hard sell which was a complete turn off. I have formally studied Chinese Medicine with a concentration on medicinal herbs and Wholisti Center has no business selling or promoting goods that they are not clearly educated about. Needless to say I chose not to return for the rest of my "promotion package"

Cons: Uneducated owners hard selling medicinal herbs.

I really needed a message, i tried out the Wholisti Center thinking i can actually relax, as soon as i went, i felt like i was in a buisness meeting. I got my massage done and befor i can enjoy the relaxed feeling i got, they make you feel so horribly uncomfortable. They sit you down and pressure you to buy their products. I hate that feeling that they gave me, i felt like the massage did no good, because i got so angry afterwards. I do not recoment this place to anyone! If you want to relax, dont go here!
