If you need a payroll company, please pick another one. ADP is notorious for terrible customer service. They have such a huge clientel that getting through to someone who can actually help you can be a nightmare. The employees try, but they get so overwhelmed that just keeping up is a nightmare. It is not uncommon to be on hold, waiting to give payroll information or trying to solve a paycheck problem for an hour or more. If you have a choice, go with another company.

CONS: Long waits, bad service
