Close to UCSD and grocery stores, also walking distance to free shuttle line and UTC shopping mall. Apartments are very nice, with ceiling fans- very convenient for the summer. Also nice balconies and fireplaces in the units. The greatest part is washer and dryer in unit, not a common feature in many of the complexes in the area.
