I had a complaint against a sales person in the Berkeley Crossroads location. There was an incident that happened that was totally unprofessional. I contacted the corporate office and spoke with Julie, a very helpful representative of the Bay Area locations. She explained that even though the sales person was following corporate policy, she might not have expressed herself very well. So Julie understood why I was offended.
I was able to express that the policy should be posted that so that when customers are approach about it they wont feel offended. Because someone actually called back regarding my complaint, and I felt that Julie really cared about my concerns, and was open to helpful suggestions - I feel so much better about my experience at Crossroads. So I am changing my negative rating to a positive. Thank you Julie!
