We have been in business since 1997 and our appliance experience goes back almost 30 years. We have a small showroom that caters to contractors, architects, designers and home owner re-modelers. We tend to carry the brands we like best based on quality, performance, service and over all value. We carry the GE brands: Monogram, Profile, Cafe, Hotpoint, and Dacor, Miele, Asko, AGA, American, Capital, Fagor, Smeg, Marvel, Perlick, Independent, Kobe, Modern Aire, Vent A hood, and Zephyr. Our philosophy is to try to find the best appliance that suits each customer?s need for performance, style and budget. We do not try to sell you something that might not suit you because there?s plenty in the back that we need to unload. We order the one that you want. Our average order fulfillment is about 2 weeks. We don?t do repairs or carry parts.

How much do I hate this place?
Oh, every time I go near my four thousand dollar f'-in coffee machine that takes so much maintenance, you'd think it's a full time job, ?I think to myself, "I hate Contractor's Appliance!"
Yes, they sold me on this unit, and proceeded to take my money and then give the lousiest customer service when it came time to order the most basic supplies for the unit.
They told me to log on to the website and buy the supplies there instead. I told them I don't know which supplies to buy, because the f'-in machine is so complicated. They buy it for me, but a 3 years worth of supplies.
Really, if you want to get ripped off, then go here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.
