I really hate that I have to write this complaint. I am partially at fault for trusting my salesperson. I was told that my 2008 Camper would come with a 30 day warranty and anything that should go wrong would be covered. However, problems that I am experiencing right now, they are claiming that the warranty is 50/50. Instead of accepting this ridiculous offer from these crooks, I will just repair the darn thing myself. I am just glad that this is a cheap repair. I'd like to see the crap they would pull with a more expensive item. They gave me a lot of grief for a $200 part. Later, the salesman actually told me that the warranty changes daily and that, even though, he told me it was 100% there is nothing he can do about it. Don't let these cons anywhere near your business

Hey, in this economy, they are gonna let me walk pissed over $200? Not real smart in my opinion.

We visited the dealer in Yuma, and found a salesman to be abusive, and very rude. We weren't even in the RV, when we were asked where we were from. We were looking to purchase a rig, but since the salesman was so rude, we decided to purchase a rig from another company. We did purchase a Winnebago Journey at McMahons which were more helpful than your salesman. We have mentioned this to our friends who will not solicit your lot. The salesman in question is named Jerry Tittle. He has an attitude which I feel should be looked into. If you value your business, he should not be employed where he can make one feel lower than himself. I wrote a letter to the company over 3 weeks ago, and have not heard from the company in Yuma, AZ. Thank you.

Great place to shop, and buy an RV.I have purchased two from them, and was pleased with the service. They have a huge selection, a knowledgeable staff, and a very good full service dept.
