My family and I have stopped taking our pets here because it's just not worth the price you pay for care. Find Dr. B in Chino OR take your pets to the Discount Animal Clinic in Garden Grove. They are great vets if you don't want to make the trip out to see Dr. B.

I had an appointment today at four; we finally saw the dr. at 4:35. He spent five minutes with us before walking out to see about another patient. In this short time, he recommended a skin biopsy, blood work, cortizone shots and antibiotics- all for the skin allergies my dog has had for years. They will rip you off- beware!

I made an appointment for my puppy to be seen at VCA College Park. I showed up for the appointment and was told that there wasn't any appointment scheduled for my puppy. I had even received a confirmation call from College Park. I was told that my puppy could be seen but I would have to wait awhile. I told the woman at the front desk that I didn't want my puppy seen there if they couldn't do a simple thing like keeping a record of an appointment. I left with my puppy and took her to Cypress Dog & Cat. I will never take my puppy to any VCA hospital again!

Anyone know where Dr R Bierstedt has gone?? We have been with him for more than 16 years, long befiore he was with VCA Ana Brook. By the way, no one at VCA Ana Brook will tell his clients where he is gone. This stinks. So if anyone knows where he has gone, please let us know ASAP.

My dog, a German Shepard named Eddie was recently hit by a car. He received a de-gloving injury to his right front paw and another Vet recommended amputation. I brought him to Dr Bierstedt who said he thought he could save the leg. Three months later Eddie is alive and well with four legs. The care and compassion that Dr Bierstedt and his staff showed to not only Eddie but also to myself was remarkable. Without a doubt, Dr Bierstedt saved Eddie's life and limb. I owe a great deal to Dr Bierstedt and everyone at VCA . I highly recommend Dr Bierstedt and VCA College Park Animal Hospital.

Dr Roger Bierstedt and his staff are phenomenal... I have followed and taken my kids to them for years. He saved my Sydney's life and is probably the most unsung hero I have ever had the pleasure and honor to know. He is a kind, humble,compassionate professional who cares more than any other vet I have ever known. I am not impressed nor am I looking for a "spa" like setting- the love and quality of care my kids' have always received surpasses the most glamorous (and costly)medical facilities out there. The team of professionals with him are like my family as well. I trust him with the lives of all my kids. If you have not met Dr B , you need to. He is truly a remarkable doctor and human being. If he ever retires I'm in big trouble! You ARE the best Dr. B!!

They saved my pet's life! I can't believe anyone would not love this facility and their staff. My cat had a mysterious disease and the veterinarians were on the ball with this case. They ran several tests and worked with me financially to find the culprit that almost killed my cat. It took 3 years of daily medication, but he lives on! They love animals-they are compassionate and I would recommend them to anyone!

I would never board my animal here. Kennels are dirty and cold, and there is not anyone there evenings and Sundays. In fact, the place is often closed. Also, when I got an estimate for having my dog spayed, they were very high and had all kinds of padded and hidden costs....like maybe you might need this. They are ok for routine shots, but for anything more serious I would steer clear. The front desk employees are very friendly and loving toward the animals, but thats about all the good going on here.
