Fred Segal Beauty

Like the clothes portion of Fred Segal, the beauty section has a wide variety of products and brands and carries top of the line, hard to find items though very expensive. The staff is usually helpful and you are bound to find some products you really like. I love the 'make you own lipstick' component and I have found great lip products here for reasonable prices. Definitely worth checking out, even if you don't plan on buying anything.

The makeup they sell at Fred Segal is no different from the makeup they sell at places like Sephora and it is cheaper at Sephora. The people who work at Fred Segal actually don't really know what they are talking about. They are great for night makeup and for dramatic makeup, but for a nice, clean, fresh day look, they don't know what to give you without making you look ridiculous.
