They had me at, "Can I help you?" - Linda and David are terrific - they will make you feel right at home. The selection of scooters is big, the prices are very competitive, and from what I can tell the service is the best part. I went in today with a trade-in and drove out on a new Piaggio MP3 - both David and Linda took their time with me, going over the options and pros and cons between the different models. I was not pressured in any way, but instead they did everything possible to get me into a scooter I could afford and most of all, be happy with... If you are looking to buy a scooter, you obviously have to come here and see for yourself!

Pros: scooters, people, price, service

Cons: not a single one

Dave and his family from Thousand Oaks Vespa purchased this store just weeks ago. It is stocked to the hilt with EVERYTHING including hard to get items such as Momo Helmuts etc. There are so many beautiful bikes to choose from and the store is SPOTLESS! This family is friendly and takes pride in ownership. The Sales personal are there to HELP you - NOT to pressure you into buying a bike. I took my 2003 Piaggio there and Drew Teague the Service guy treated me like I was spending Thousands instead of the few dollars I actually spent. He also had VERY hard to find parts for my bike and all the advice that I needed to restore it, - where to have things done locally etc. I can't stress enough how GREAT these people are. I'm from a small town in Canada - and I've never seen Mom & Pop service here in LA very often - but - BOY - is it nice! Drew will always service my bike and Sherman Oaks Vespa will always be my Dealership! Service with a SMILE! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN ABOUT!!

Pros: Now a MOM & POP Store and run with the PRIDE of Ownership!

Cons: Not open Mondays!

I stopped by today, if you expect for someone to greet you at the door, forget it! 2 guys working, one at the computer won't even lift his head, the other one is on his cell phone ignoring everything. 1 Scooter in stock!! The deals online do not match what's in the store and no one takes time to work with you. Disappointment..... If you want to be treated right, got to NOHO Scooter on Vineland and Magnolia.

I just bought a Vespa from these guys and it was a great experience! They have a great and friendly staff with no pressure when it comes to sales. I went in knowing that I wanted to buy one and they helped me out with the financing and delivery. They even had the information I needed about getting my motorcycle license and and motorcycle driving courses. They really aren't that expensive and they get great gas mileage. My financing payments are cheaper than a metro pass!

Pros: Great experience, great service, would reccommend them to anyone!

Cons: Parking was kinda difflicult, but there is a residential area near by.

I went to go see them a couple of weeks ago, as I start to feel the pinch of high gas prices. A Vespa is one way to go, and the staff was very friendly showing me all the different models and why some cost more than others.

Even though I did not purchase anything, I never felt pressured and felt welcomed if I came back a second time.

PROS: Great Selection of Vespa's
CONS: The price of Vespa's Have Gone Up Because of Demand
