THEY WILL RIPPPPP YOU OFF
by Martin R.
Service Department charged me 700 bucks to swap out clutch plates, anywhere else 400 bucks tops Rips And they said the reason labor was over 4 hours instead of 2.5 everywhere else was because my bike was special lol THEY WILL RIP YOU off, and oh ya clutch has couple hundred miles on it and it is already starting to slip again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! They lie to you about how much you will pay and will do anything to make a sale. Worst place to go to buy a bike.

Msrp for the bike was like 10k.... they totally jacked me and i hate them, never every buy a bike from them!!!!

Worst dealership ever

There's no such thing as customer service at this place. Don't expect to get a good deal either. If you're looking to finance, they will only offer you at 17.9% loan, which is ridiculous. I mailed the owner a letter of complaint and instead of dealing with my issues he called and argued with me. Do yourself a favor - go elsewhere.

Look somewhere else to by your bike
by James L.
I bought a bike from Fun Bike Center in February. 50th birthday present to myself. I did not baulk at the outrages setup fee (over $1200), the fact that they only offered financing through HSBC @ 17plus percent interest instead of Yamaha @ 8 percent, the GAP insurance cost or the 5 year extended warranty. It was a spur of the moment purchase and I knew what I was signing. 35 days later I received the license in the mail, for an off-road vehicle, I bought a V-Star. I took the DMV stuff to them and they said the DMV must have made the mistake. They kept the off-road sticker and said they would correct the problem. Multiple calls (with no call back as promised) and 60 more days gone by still no license. I went back to FBC and spoke with the financing dept. and a manager. I let them know how pissed I was and again they promise they would correct the problem within the week. They do not know what they did with the DMV sticker and registration I gave them. Guess what I still don't have a license, the temporary has expired so I can't even ride my bike because the insurance will not cover any accidents on a non-licensed bike. I also called HSBC to find out if FBC had contacted them (as FBC told me they had numerous times) to request the pink slip so it could be re-registered. Surprise, surprise, FBC has NEVER contacted them. At this point I am going to turn it all over to my lawyer. Buy from them AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Not worth it

Everything at this store is way overpriced. Not to mention that the return policy is terrible (a restocking fee!)
I shopped here once and would never come back. It simply isn't worth paying extra when you could buy the same stuff down the street (Cycle Gear) for less.
PROS:
CONS: Way too expensive. Go somewhere else.

This place has one of the most extensive selections of motorcycles than any dealer in the area. It is family owned so the salespeople are generally pretty friendly. They also stock ATVs and small watercraft. The only problem is their prices can be outrageously high! Especially if youre a first time buyer, take the time to shop around before buying anything.
