Great Experience Here

I made several calls to several companies. Durafloor was the first to respond. They were able to come the next day for an evaluation and estimate. They were able to start before I was even ready. Tom has responded to every question, usually within 5 minutes of me sending him an e-mail. He made sure I was completely satisfied, all the way to the end. Good pricing. I will gladly act as a reference for Durafloor. Tom has my contact info and my permission to give it out to anyone considering coating their garage floor. T. Goeders

I agree Durafloor is no good

Durafloor has very bad customer service. Tom is not a nice man. He tries to do everything over the phone, when you can get through, instead of sending professionals out to give professional judgement, help and guidance .

Poor Customer Service

We had durafloor for less than a year and the paint is fading, chipping, discoloring. The CEO Tom Plotner wouldn't even send someone to see the extent of our claim. Instead he tells us it will cost $500 to fix only by looking at photos. He says everything that is happening to our concrete is NOT covered by warranty! Stay away from these guys.

DOES NOT DELIVER WHAT IT PROMISES
by FARAH
Hi, I live in Mission Viejo, Ca. when I was planning to redo my front and back yard, at the time I thought I found the perfect solution for the money spent and I went with Durafloor to resurface the concerete. They of course did a good job and it looked very good in the beginning. They also gave my a warranty for 7 years. 1 year into it, the surface started chipping and cracking. I was under assumption of course that everything is convered under warranty, when I called the owned, Tom, he informed me that cracking and chipping are not covered. (what exactly is covered is not known to me as of yet!). Anyways, they charge another $1500.00 to come and repair and reseal the cracked and chipped surfaces. If you are planning to sell your house and want to give it a facelift temporarily it is good but if your planning to stay, it does not last and is a waste of good money!
Cons: DOES NOT LAST VERY LONG
