This shop was recommended by my in-laws, so I thought, it must be okay. The inital estimate given was fair. When I called the insurance and closed the claim, the estimate Pabco had sent to the insurance had increased by $200. They claimed it was an error in entry on the estimation database bewteen aftermarket door skin, and a new, or OEM part. Then, once I brought the truck to be fixed, they said the increased estimate would not even be accurate. The actual cost was $2983 from a first estimate of $1963.

If the insurance wasn't paying, I would have told them off and taken it to an honest company. I could've thrown a stick and hit anyone more accurate in their estimation abilities.

To boot, the truck had front left fender damage, which they charged labor to removed the grill and bumper, and tonneou cover (??) for. When put back together, the bumper sits almost three inches below the grill. This "gap" was not originally there. So now, I must take it back to have them fix it the right way.

Save hassle, money, and time, and go somewhere, anywhere else.
