Great food, just love it.
3Great food, just love it.
Definitely a place to go every week for lunch or chaat or anything for that matter. They have a wide variety of cuisines to choose from and the prices are very good!
5They do many specialties, including punjabi and gujurati food. They are a top knotch caterer, especially for Indian parties. If you're doing a party at home, don't bother cooking -- order from here. Very good prices.
4This is a good indian restaurant for gujarati food and other indian sweets and snacks. They have fast service and personalized to your level of spice.
3Being of Indian origin myself, I am very particular when it comes to Indian restaurants. Jay Bharat serves Gujarati-style Indian food. This is a small restaurant that has recently been remodeled and it looks great! Food is served fast-food style, but it is the quality of the food that keeps me coming back for more- it is excellent! The atmosphere and tasty snack foods remind me of snack shops back in India. Particularly good are the Pav Vada and Pav Bhaji, but the other snack foods and Indian Chai Tea are delicious, too! This is a great place to stop by for a snack or a full meal!

Pros: Excellent Food, Fast Service, Low Prices
Living in Singapore's Little India, we were spoilt to bits with cheap & excellent indian vegetarian food. And we're happy to find Jay Bharat filling in the void for us in LA. The Gujerati Thali is our favourite choice, and I swear to turn vegetarian each time we left the restaurant! Also the appetiser plate, consisting of several different fried finger foods is a hit too. Our son's fav is the masala thosai, a huge roll-up crispy savoury pancake with spicy potatoes filling, accompanied by a lentil gravy, uh-uh yum!

Pros: inexpensive, cheap, excellent food, prompt service
Waited 45 mins for the food recently. Food was very good. You have to hunt for your own table. Not enough space between tables.
