1 Stars: A Tired and Sad Store (by Stewart P.)

This Rite Aid is the most confusing place to find what you're looking for. But what's worse is how dirty the parking lot and entrance to the store is - makes it very unappealing to buy anything there. When you do finally want to pay for something, expect to wait for ages ... even if they're not busy! Rather try CVS on Santa Monica Blvd (although they also aren't the quickest place to get in and out of).

2 Stars: A maze of confusion (by jericsmall)

This Rite-Aid on Sunset Blvd recently remodeled and rearranged the entire store, in theory to make the place better. Sadly, all they accomplished was making it harder to shop, as you now have to zig-zag your way through, even just to get to the pharmacy. Probably some smartie thought this would force people to browse the aisles but all in all it's simply annoying. And now the pharmacy waiting line has no room to handle more than one person without overflowing into the nearest aisle. And expect to wait. This place is slow as molasses.
