Festoon Salon

Festoon is probably the best salon in the city. Everyone there has a great, dramatic haircut, and they have fab magazines to read while you wait. If you're afraid of looking too conspicuously stylish (does that make sense?), and kind of like to blend into a crowd, Festoon may not be the right choice. On the downside, the place is kind of ego-driven, which is sometimes a bit tiresome.
I get the impression that the owner John is the master there, and although I haven't had my haircut by him specifically, from what I gather out of all of the cute girl sylists, he's probably the one with the most talent.

I had wonderful highlights here by the owner John. He was super nice and the atmosphere of the place was fantastic. Overall, I have good things to say. There are lots of stylists with pink hair here, though, and that sort of 'look,' so I'd advice for the more conservative of people to head elsewhere as this place might be a bit 'much.' Nice atmosphere and friendly overall - can't comment on the skills of anyone else but the owner himself.
