He was super nice and the atmosphere of the place was fantastic. Overall, I have good things to say. There are lots of stylists with pink hair here, though, and that sort of 'look,' so I'd advice for the more conservative of people to head elsewhere as this place might be a bit 'much.' Everyone there has a great, dramatic haircut, and they have fab magazines to read while you wait. If you're afraid of looking too conspicuously stylish (does that make sense?), and kind of like to blend into a crowd, Festoon may not be the right choice.
