First impression is WOW! Nice green grass and lots of trees! Looks great! And then you move in...
PROS: looks nice and great for walking or jogging through the different courtyards. Nice size patio/balcony. Small gated park in back for parties or even close the gate and use it as a dog park (well maintained). The grounds are very well maintained. Maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to respond. Most of the tenants are friendly. *** After moving in I wish I searched around better?*** CONS: PARKING!!! It is horrible! If you don?t get home before 6pm then forget about finding a parking place in the complex. You will have to go across Bushard to the track homes and park in there, then run across the street back to the apartment complex. There are garages, but most people don?t use them. Mgmt does random checks to make sure your garage is usable for a car and not used for storage, but it?s a game. They put out a notice and then everyone moves stuff on their patios until the checking is over. If you live on the back side by the garages then you will experience the 405 freeway! The windows are single pane from the 60?s so 24hrs a day they rattle and the walls shake! The first week I thought California sure has a lot of earthquakes! And at night the windows are so thin that you hear the roaring of the traffic on the freeway and keeps ya up all night long. They have 9 swimming pools and NO Jacuzzi! During the winter/colder months you will find out that the single pane windows cause a lot of condensation build up that leads to MOLD. If you don?t wipe down the window edges every week with bleach than you will get a big BLACK MOLD growth. You even sign some paper stating that you are aware of this! The workout room needs some help too. The machines are getting worn out and if you are lucky enough to beat out everyone else then you can get the better of the 2 treadmills. Found out most people just get a membership at the local clubs then deal with the small gym here. They are per friendly, but the pet owners (not all but most) do not pick up after their pet. And I will see several times while walking that pets are being left outside on a cold day on the patios and there is no one home. THAT IS JUST WRONG! If you can?t take better care of your pet then don?t have one! The price you pay is about $300 higher than a place of equal standards. The laundry rooms are small and you have to fight for them. There is a room with 3 washers and 3 dryers for each courtyard and most of the time someone from another courtyard is over at yours cause theirs is used or broken. You will be looking for a coin laundry place soon. **** Overall you can find a place with ALL the things you want for the same or lower rent. My biggest complaint would be the single pane windows ****

would not recommend this place to anyone! The management rented to a very noisy neighbor below. The man would talk very loudly at all hours in the morning, and could be heard from upstairs. Every weekend his kids would come and stay with him. Starting at 7am in the morning you can hear them yelling, their dog barking, slamming bathroom door, bedroom doors and the front door. I have complained to the management office several time. All they would do is call him or write him a letter about the problem. Since January til June, the problem is still happening. So if you want to over pay for an apartment and get restless nights, this is the place for you.

If you want to have problems and troubles and overpay for it, this is a right place for you to go. Corte Bella management is only about making money, they don't care about the clients. This place is expensive and is not worth it. They have inspections all the time, they can enter any time they want to, like in a boyscout camp. The fitness center is pathetic, the equipment is old and primitive. Parking is a HUGE problem, extra garage will cost you 75$, otherwise parking is your problem. After I cleaned the entire apartment and moved out they charged me extra 300$ + the deposit for their repair "expenses" and it was nothing actually to repair, but that's useless to argue about. I had a really bad experience in this place, so think twice! They talk nicely with you, but all they want is money!

The apartment management has failed to maintain my upstairs?? unit in a safe, decent, sanitary, and habitable condition specially for my 2-month old baby due to dust, noise, and debris from the roof replacement took placed between 6/30/2008 to 7/10/2008. I had to take days off from work to move my family out during that time.

We lived in these apartments twice and have such a wonderful experience. The first time we lived there for 3 years and then ventured out to buy and then had a big problem and everything fell to shambles and lived with family before deciding we needed to rent again so we went back to the place we love. Corta Bella Apartments. They accepted us with open arms again and were wonderful about it. Whenever there was a problem with our apartment they were usually able to get out that same day to fix it. The staff is very friendly and make a effort to know the residents.
