Greedy slumlords disguised as a family business. 2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

Wow, I'm certain that in this city there are more landlords of this type but...
Cournale & Co. manages the house where I lived (recently moved out!) and spent plenty of time ignoring problems with the property and little effort, other than raising my rent, doing anything to be the friendly, cuddly, family business that they portray themselves as. If you want to pay ridiculous rents and have zero customer service- this company is for you.

Pros: They have a swanky-retro-70's office building
Cons: Once they've signed you to your lease, they only want to hear from you by check or money order.
