If you are in the mood for some really cheap and tasty dim sum, this would be the place to go. The selections are few but each item is roughly $3.00 a plate. Service is not that great since the owner and staff do not speak English that well. But be patient because the food at those prices are worth it. Don't be shy, come in, wait for them to seat you. Get someone's attention to give you tea and water. They bring a small dim sum menu for you to check off the items you wish to order. Typical dishes like steamed chicken feet, steamed shrimp dumplings, pork ribs and deep fried taro dumplings are surprisingly good. Dont forget to order from the plastic menu sitting on the table. Any of rice porridge you choose taste great with the flavorful dim sum dishes. The porridges bowls are cheap at just about $2.00. There are also delicious dessert dim sum item such as the baked egg custard cakes, warm steamed buns with custard and yellow sponge like cake. All are really good to try. This place is truly a local joint, so do not except excellent service and warm ambience. But I still highly recommend giving this place a try for the food.
