I had a friend who bought from this company several years ago. I contacted JC, and made an appointment for him to come to my home, so he could look at the delivery path we needed to get a swim spa in place. He was patient, explained all of my options, and in the end, I bought a 15' swim spa. He customized the swim spa to my needs, and delivered it on time. The whole process went very smooth. I've had a couple of questions about my swim spa operations, and chemicals, and he's always answered my questions. As a retired Marine, it also makes me proud of the work he does for the veterans who have served our country. It is my sincere hope that anyone looking for a swim spa, will purchase their spa from this company, and specifically, from JC. Semper Fi!

We had a very tough job here. Install a swim spa in a very limited space, with a very tough delivery. No way to bring the spa in other than by crane. JC was so involved with the process, he got us the electrician, had the crane company come out before hand to see exactly what we were facing, and on the day of the delivery, stayed around all day to fill the spa, and get it up and running. That was nearly 2 years ago and our swim spa is still running great.

I purchased my swim spa from JC Spas over three years ago. JC came to our home and gave us good advice, and the best deal for quality and spa that we could find elsewhere. Our spa has worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the company that manufactured the spas went out of business, but JC's doors remained open (he sells other spas now). JC has remained available to us by phone for any questions that we've had, and we need a replacement cover now and he has the best price for a replacement cover. (He definitely answers the phone.) I would recommend working with JC. He has personalized service, and he really knows spas and the spa industry inside and out. I would recommend JC spas.

For more than 2 years, I've researched many swim spa companies and swim spa models. The selection is overwhelming, and everyone says their product is the best. After extensive research and phone calls, I decided to look deeper into buying a swim spa from JC Spas. I spent another 2 months calling referrals, checking up on various outlets to make sure this company was above board. What sold me was the fact that JC took the time to let me know he was going to be in my area on a delivery, and was willing to come by and look at my back yard set up to give me his feed back on what swim spa would work best for us. He spent nearly an hour and a half discussing the various swim spas models, and the pros and cons. Before committing to buying from him, I needed to check on the electrical costs, which JC helped to arrange. The final tipping point in his companies favor was the fact that he was nearly $3,000 lower than any other company that I received quotes from. Take it from me, as a man who went overboard on the research, and who has now owned my swim spa for over a year, I HIGHLY recommend buying your next spa from JC Spas.

I bought a deluxe spa from a retail shop down the street from my work about 18 months ago and had nothing but headaches from the water being unclear to an unappealing ring that continued to reappear along the walls of my new spa. I went to the retail store I had purchased the spa and the employee that sold me the spa was rude and didn??t know anything about the chemicals he sold me a few months before for just under $300 dollars. I had pay close to $12,000 for this spa and was worried that it was not going to be useable in a few years. I found JC Spas through a close friend that recommended JC and his services. I brought a sample of my water into him and the he right away gave me a supply of chemicals that not only cleared my water within 24 hours and removed the ring in my spa but also lasted me 6 months. I will never use anyone else.

I would highly recommend JC Spas to anyone looking for any kind spa. The owner JC has always been available to us and has answered every question that we have had since we started talking to JC over a year ago. My husband and I thought it would be great to have a swim spa but the $25,000 prices we were seeing at the spa shows wasn??t something that we saw ourselves affording. JC not only found us a swim spa in our budget but was also able to work out a layaway plan to fit our budget. JC delivered the spa himself, was there for the whole installation and made sure that all our questions were answered before he left. Even 6 month later JC handles all our questions personally. We have never had a problem with his service or his spa.

We had some issues with our swim spa and after many months of dealing with the manufacturer, it is now fixed. JC was in a difficult situation, but in the end made it right.

Before we bought out Grand Canyon 2 swim spa, we asked JC to make the trip to our home to look over the area where we wanted to place the spa. Not only did he help us decide where to put the spa, he got us in contact with a very good contractor for the electrical and concrete. We shopped around at several home shows and found his prices were by far the best out there. With the discounted price, we kind of expected discounted service but have found just the opposite. JC has been very attentive to our needs and has always answered the phone when we've had a question. We've sent him 2 referrals so far, and have shown off my spa to countless people. We highly recommend you buy from JC.

JC was a pleasure to work with. I did a lot of research on swim spas be fore buying. The spa exceeded my every expectation and JC is wonderful. I have since sent him 2 of my friends who also bought swim spas from him and they too are loving theirs. I would strongly suggest taking a look at what he has to offer.
