Based upon purchase of new HP desktop I needed major assiistance in getting reconnected to the internet (modem and router user). The old Cisco router access
code key I had would not work and the router needed to be reconfigured. ClickAway tech Bhim Rai arrived at my home right on time and within minutes he had my router reconfigured. His speed in using the keyboard was remarkable and he had my new computer up and running with internet access in a matter of minutes. He was a true professional who really knows "his stuff" when it comes to computers. I would highly reccommend ClckAway and Bhim for any compute issues that you might enconter. A truly professional company and technician.
I waited 6 months before posting. My computer crashed due to a faulty Norton Security Program, which literally ate up my harddrive. I brought my tower in and they admitted this was a real challenge. It took about a week but the techs were able to restore most of my programs AND loaded two spyware programs for free.
My Dell 4700 is running better than ever. The price was what I expected to pay. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks.
When my computer got infected with spyware to the point where it would barely run, I called Click Away and had them send on of their tech support guys over to take a look.
Turns out I had a bunch of viruses as well as spyware on my computer. The tech was armed with a CD full of virus/spyware removal programs and he also educated me on safer computing habits (like using Firefox instead of IE). The removal cost ~$40 after a $10 off coupon, very fairly priced.
The laptop we keep in our kitchen recently suffered some abuse from our four-year old son. Presented with a blue screen and odd sounds eminating from the laptop's interior, I immediately knew that the fix to our problem was going to be well beyond my ape-like approach to computer repair--making grunting sounds while poking the machine in various random spots.
I found Click Away on Insider Pages and was encouraged by the rating I read so I gave them a call. Roscoe was very helpful and responsive, and was able to begin work on my computer immediately. He called me a couple of times while he had it to keep me apprised of his progress, and ultimately returned it repaired about 24 hours after I handed it over. I hope I don't have to use them again ... but they'll be my first choice if it's necessary.

Negative: new repair guy just got his driver's license, couldn't complete house call for repair.

Had to get my power supply and hard drive replaced; it was a bit pricey, but I needed to get my computer back into action ASAP.?? Bhim is my knight in shining armor! My Lenovo got taken over by malware and lost access to *all* my files. My husband (a techie) found ClickAway through very positive recommendations on Craigslist, and contacted them on a Sunday afternoon with my seemingly unsolvable problem. Bhim first managed to retrieve a few files I needed to be able to continue working that night (and stayed past business hours to do this); he then stayed in close phone contact with us to give us updates, since it was touch and go about what might or might not be recoverable. In the end, the computer has been fully restored -- and while I'm sure the damage from some viruses would not be fix-able no matter how savvy the expert, I can say from this experience that Bhim handled a dire situation extremely professionally. I am 110% delighted with the result, and would definitely go to him again (although I hope I don't have to!)
Want someone who can handle all your computer and cell phone issues? Go here. They are licensed, bonded and insured so I was confident in giving them my laptop. Then, I broke my cell phone screen twice, and they fixed it too while I waited.
