      <title>5 Stars:  THESE GUYS ARE MY HERO(ES) (by Donna T.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I waited 6 months before posting.  My computer crashed due to a faulty Norton Security Program, which literally ate up my harddrive.  I brought my tower in and they admitted this was a real challenge.  It  took about a week but the techs were able to restore most of my programs AND loaded two spyware programs for free. 
&lt;br /&gt;My Dell 4700 is running better than ever.  The price was what I expected to pay.  I would not hesitate to use them again.  Thanks.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>4 Stars:  good service, tech savvy (by Ben L.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;When my computer got infected with spyware to the point where it would barely run, I called Click Away and had them send on of their tech support guys over to take a look. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Turns out I had a bunch of viruses as well as spyware on my computer. The tech was armed with a CD full of virus/spyware removal programs and he also educated me on safer computing habits (like using Firefox instead of IE). The removal cost ~$40 after a $10 off coupon, very fairly priced.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Quick efficient service (by Mitch G.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;The laptop we keep in our kitchen recently suffered some abuse from our four-year old son.  Presented with a blue screen and odd sounds eminating from the laptop's interior, I immediately knew that the fix to our problem was going to be well beyond my ape-like approach to computer repair--making grunting sounds while poking the machine in various random spots.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I found Click Away on Insider Pages and was encouraged by the rating I read so I gave them a call.  Roscoe was very helpful and responsive, and was able to begin work on my computer immediately.  He called me a couple of times while he had it to keep me apprised of his progress, and ultimately returned it repaired about 24 hours after I handed it over.  I hope I don't have to use them again ... but they'll be my first choice if it's necessary.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Computer repair/dealer. Immediate response (same day repair). Very knowledgeable repair personnel; wide knowledge; able trouble-shooting abilities.
&lt;br /&gt;Negative: new repair guy just got his driver's license, couldn't complete house call for repair.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
