Elmore Toyota is the place i will buy all my cars from. they are very professional. i don't understand why they get all the negative comments, if they were really bad i don't think they would have been in business for so long. i would definitely recommend Elmore Toyota

I have been a loyal customer of Elmore Toyota,for 14 years, buying and servicing my Toyota's there. When my 1995 Camry, failed I immediately went to Elmore to get a replacement. I decided on a new 2010 Camry and we started negotiating with the salesman. After some time he asked what it would take to make the sale that evening and having done some homework on-line earlier and not wanting to be unfair to a dealer I had been happy with for so long, I told him I wanted $1500 below sticker price. He went off to his manager and came back shortly and said that his manager would accept$4000 down and $402 a month for 60 months at 3.9%. We agreed and went to the finance manager's office and signed all the papers while the car was cleaned up. It was not until I got home and looked more closely at the contract, which had been rushed to sign because it was past their closing time, that I realized that $4000 and $402 a month paid full sticker price. We had been carefully manipulated into thinking we were getting one, price when in fact we're paying full sticker price.

When i went to Elmore they were in a hard time, but still tried there hardest to accommodate me, i greatly enjoyed Elmore and will return for future visits.

I bought a 2007 toyota camry June 2007, and I was not informed at the time of purchase that this vehicle had been in an accident when they sold me this care. I brought this car to the toyota service warranty center to fix the many problems due to the condition of this impact, and toyota manufucturer warranty as well as toyota platinum service warranty are denying the repair stating that the repair is not covered due to the car having appeared to be in an accident.
This accident was reported to me by Kenny ream service technitian of H.B toyota on 07/06/2007 and reported to me by Vegas Lee service technitian of B.P. 1/15/2009

I bought a lifted "certified" used vehicle from Elmore Toyota about a year ago, as I'm driving down the road I almost kill myself and my family due to the wheel baring breaking...No worries I bought the extended warranty WRONG! they wont honor my warranty and they want me to prove I bought the truck lifted they claim they would not have sold it certified...are you kidding me, so far I've spent 1,000 on a rental car and towing, aside from the 300 that Elmore wants me to pay just to have it looked at. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

I work at an other dealership, hoped my son would want something from where I work but no, not him ; he wanted a Scion.

The Scion rep was respectful and the deal was straight forward.

There was no need to go back and forth I think if someone does not like the price of the vehicle then they should just go somewhere else but really some people want a car and expect the dealership not to make any money, in a way that is stealing but it is ok if they are being a consumer, but if the business is being a business they can not expect a profit or the community thinks it is unfair for them to make any money. I saw many people being unreasonable, me I paid what I felt was fair.

My family a few days ago bought a brand new 2008 Toyota Prius from Elmore Toyota on Beach Blvd/Westminster. and so far everything is OK. We dealt with the Internet Sales Mgr name Mark and the closer named Larry. Both were very nice and so far everything seems Ok. I am somewhat shocked to hear all of this bad service and general news about Elmore who in theory is supposed to be a very family oriented dealership. Time will tell of their consitency and quality to overrule the posted negative comments.

I have never in my life had deal with such total and complete idiots.I bought a new Toyota Avalon May 4th and I still have not be able to get it delivered.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. In reading some of the other reviews I now know first hand why someone would go to the trouble to warn other people.

All I can say from my experience is go somewhere else.

From fist fights to former criminals working there, Elmore would be an interesting place to visit if you would like see how crazy people are - the sales manager which operates the business is named Krazy Ray. Indians are called "Patels" .and imitations of how Vietnamese speak is common.

Elmore Toyota is one of the best dealerships in Town! They offer great prices on cars and a service attitude! They have great jumpers to help distract the kids while you shop. They have the nicest sales people in Town! They are experience and really know what they are doing! I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a car. My family brought two cars from here and never regrets it. They treat their customers like gold. They will even come and shuttle you from home to their location if you dont have a car.

Elmore Toyota is probably the worst car dealer around. I have shopped here and I would like to warn all shoppers to beware of Elmore Toyota. Their sales respective are very rude and will make you wait while they just stand there and chit to each other. The worst part is, their price isnt that great either. From my comparison they are at least 15% more expensive than Toyota Of Garden Grove or Cerritos. Shop at your own risk.

Elmore Toyota got lots of promotion going at all times. I was in the neighborhood for a new air filter for my Camry. After looking through the penny saver, I found a coupon for a new air filter at Elmore Toyota. The part shop is packed with all kinds of parts and the people there are friendly. I also got a great deal on a new old filter.
